Q: Only one earbud works at a time. While both work, and say connected, I can only hear music out of one ear. How do I get both to work at the same time? They both say connected on my device.

  • A: When you pair it, it will show 3 "heyday earbuds 11" pick the last one that shows up, the first is the right, second left, for some reason, the third connects both simultaneously

  • A: Hello! We are the manufacturer and wanted to reply and emphasize what the retailer has already answered. Both ear buds must be paired with each other the first time out of the case, before being paired with your phone or other bluetooth enabled device. Both earbuds should be removed from the case and allowed to pair to each other before being placed in your ears. The two earbuds have paired when the light on the right earbud turns off and the left earbud flashes red and blue. At this point the earbuds should be placed in your ears and paired on the Bluetooth screen of your phone, they will be called "Heyday Earbud 11". These steps are critical the first time you use them after purchase, if they were not followed then you may need to return them to the retailer for a new pair. We hope this information helps! Q: They worked for all of 30 seconds. Then that was it. All devices continually said they were connected yet nothing ever came through them. No matter what settings were changed or rebooted. Trashed 'em

If the earbuds are dropped to the floor or something equivalent then they can be damaged and the sound can quit and they break completely or become muffled. The sound can also stop during first use if the earbuds need to be fully charged. However, if the sound quit about 30 seconds into their first use once the battery had been fully charged then we would encourage you to return them to Target for a new pair since they are most likely defective. Does not stay in place , you have to keep adjusting. I just lost one the 2nd day and the next the past one came out dropped on the floor and broke. the sound was good and clear that's why I give it 2/5. I don't recommend these and they are not water resistant

Not bad, For positives... they're $10... For negatives, they're hard plastic which hurts after a while, they're all bass but don't have enough power for bass so it just sounds quiet and disappointing with any bassy song, Micro USB is a meh choice, but I can give it a pass for the price, In comparison to a $5 pair of 2BOOM earbuds from Dollar Tree, these have better build quality and for someone who has melty slippery earwax or wants their earbuds to connect hassle free, these work better, but sound wise, the 2booms run laps around these... all in all if you want a quick opinion, These are alright if you're in a pinch, but I suggest going to Dollar Tree or Temu if you want cheap... I'd say these barely get a pass from me.

Both ear buds must be paired with each other the first time out of the case, before being paired with your phone or other bluetooth enabled device. Both earbuds should be removed from the case, placed in your ears, and then when you hear the tone they are ready to be paired with your phone. These steps are critical the first time you use them after purchase, if they were not followed then you may need to return them to the retailer for a new pair. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say besides you get what you pay for. When these worked, they worked! For the price, that alone was impressive. However they are just plastic buds which are hard and uncomfortable in my opinion. And the slipperiness made them fall out of my ears. Unfortunately though, they broke within a few days after I tried to get them out of the case, the bottom got stuck and separated from the pod I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So these earbuds are not good. I can't even get the left one in my ear. The design is not meant to stay in your ear very strange. The charging is easy with red flash if its charging and solid red when its charged. Its blue when its off the charger. As far as the quality it's pretty cheap and feels really flimsy. The sound is also not really great. I personally would just go with another pair of earbuds. I received an incentive to write this review.

dirt cheap and the quality reflects that. they do technically work so they'd be useful in a pinch, but other than that dont expect anything good. sound quality is fuzzy and crackley no matter what volume you listen at, would NOT try and go about 25% volume with these. not the most comfortable but could be alot worse. only reason im not going to return them is they were only like 6 bucks and i'll keep them in case of an emergency where my other headphones break.

I'm not sure what I expected from 10 dollar earbuds. They're nigh unusable. Sound quality is poor, and they don't stay in your ear. They're cheap and like another review said, probably great for a child. Just not a working adult who needs something a bit better

the True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds by heyday™ in black, and while they're incredibly affordable, the quality reflects the price. The earbuds feel flimsy, and parts started coming loose after just a few uses. The sound quality is mediocre at best, and they don’t seem built to last. That said, these might be a decent option for a child or someone who’s likely to misplace them quickly and doesn’t need long-term durability. If you’re looking for something reliable, though, it’s worth investing a bit more for better quality. These are strictly a short-term or backup solution.

The sound quality seems exactly the same as well and the comfort of the ear bud is equal, if not better, to AirPods. These headphones don’t work from the start… first use and each earbud connects through its own Bluetooth but won’t pair with the other earbud. Then the sound cuts out in the right earbud for the majority of use.

I have owned about ten pairs of earbuds. Yes, these are very cheap and you get what you pay for. I bought these to use when working around the house - wanted a cheap pair that I wouldn't be upset if they got beat up or lost. These are unusable. Putting my phone in my front pocket is enough obstruction that the headphones start cutting out, and if my phone is in my back pocket, they completely disconnect. The only way to actually use these headphones is to keep my phone in my hand constantly - which is pointless. In addition, the headphones do not have any sort of padding or cover, and so they sit loosely in your ear and fall out at the slightest turn of the head. It seems these headphones were designed for a person to sit perfectly still with their phone next to their head.

The case was annoyingly hard to open. For that only I wouldn’t purchase again. They did fit in my husband ears perfectly. We had a hard time connecting them. The sound quality was ok. I mean they did they job. If you are super picky on sound quality these wouldn’t be for you. I received an incentive to write this review.

I will start with the positive. They're very cute, and affordable, and come in cute colors which I love. It has its own charging case and it comes with its own cord. The positives end there. The charging cable is not a USBC universal charging cable. It's one of the old school style charging cables that you really can't find in store anymore and that break really easy major negative for me. Also the earbuds themselves are a full hard plastic and I have little ears. Luckily this pair fits pretty well, but they do jostle loose constantly. They're just a little big. Overall. It's a good value for your money because who can be that price? However, I would not purchase again. I would rather get something that has an adjustable size

These earbuds are so convenient. They charge quickly and last a long time. The carrying case makes them easy to take on the go. They are comfortable to wear and stay in place with activity. They have a great sound quality and are good about blocking out background noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed reviews on these earbuds. One they are inexpensive and you wouldn’t mind if lost or stolen. But the quality of sound is not what you would want on long trip if you are a music connoisseur Also the run time is only about 3 hours until you need to recharge in case. The comfort for earpiece is average and that might be part of why long time wearing might be uncomfortable But with all things considered I would probably use when going somewhere that a concern is either dropping or being stolen. They make great gift for a younger set who you know can’t be trusted with losing a high end pair I received an incentive to write this review.
