Q: Do these come with the same life time warranty as purchasing through a consultant does?
A: I called Tuppereware regarding this, to get a replacement for 1 item in the set in which the lid no longer securely fit and they told me that I would need to return the entire set, which is silly!
submitted byCathy - 9 months agoA: When that expires, the new customer will need to contact Tupperware 800 number to be provided the process for our warehouse warranty that has a time frame of 10 to 12 weeks.

Q: are they microwave safe?
A: This set is not microwave safe. Biggest drawback.

I'm not sure why the Tupperware specialist says that they are not when the description clearly says that they are. What say you Tupperware specialist?

Q: where is the Tupperware being manufactured?
A: Hi Nance, thank you for your interest in Tupperware. The Tupperware in the 30pc Heritage set is manufactured in the US (South Carolina specifically).

A: yes, the description states they are dishwasher safe.
