The head of this mop consistently falls apart. The ziptie holding the individual strands to the handle that one uses to wring out water should be tighter than it is, and the circular felt pad needs to be more securely attached. It makes for an incredibly frustrating experience. If you have made the mistake of purchasing this mop and have problems with the head coming apart, I'm including a picture showing how to keep it together. Once the ziptie is tightened when the strands have been slipped back onto the handle, it will stay attached. I have no tips for the circular part on the bottom.

Mop works perfectly but can only get a replacement online. You’re forced to spend 35 dollars or pay for shipping. Absolutely ridiculous. Why sell the mop in store but not the replacement?

Love this mop. The only thing is you can only buy the replacement mop head on target.com. I wish it was sold in stores.
