ultraloq is crazy convenient. I hate carrying house keys and this dead bolt allows that. proximity entry is a super cool feature too. apart from the product, customer service at Ultraloq reigns supreme!

Once in a while there is a minor glitch, but not that often.Only criticism I would have, is that the whole unit is too small. Numbers/buttons are small and can be difficult to read sometime. Compare the size of the unit to Schlage Encode for example.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Ultraloq U-Bolt Pro and I love it. Now I can access all of the exterior doors in my house with just a finger print or a code. No more worrying about getting locked out of the house because I forgot my keys. No more worrying about trying to get keys out of my pocket when my arms are full of groceries! I can also set my locks to auto lock from 30 seconds to 4 minutes after I unlock them keeping my home safe when I leave. And, lets not forget that I can lock and unlock the doors from my smart phone wherever I am. I really do like and appreciate the Ultraloq products and I would recommend anyone looking to update their locks, look at the Ultraloq product line.

I love the fact that there are multiple ways to gain access with this lock. Many times I come home with my arms full of groceries or packages and would have to struggle to find my key to open the door. Now as soon as I pull into my driveway my door is open and ready for me. I also like the automatic lock feature that you can set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy install, and flawless operation make this one of the best smartlocks on the market today. We have used them for years and they survived harsh outdoor environments without issue. One of the first locks to include fingerprint unlock as well as key and code.

It was really easy to install. The video was very clear about the process, which helped. Setting up the app had some minor hiccups at first. I kept getting error messages that it couldn’t connect the lock to the app, but when I backed out and retraced my steps, it was fine. A similar thing happened when setting up the first user other than the Admin. All the following users were very easy and intuitive to set up. In the end, however, it turns out that my old door and doorframe aren’t aligning quite right. My new door is delayed, so I was hoping I could use the new lock on the old door until the new door is installed, but it looks like I’ll need to wait a little longer. I’m very much looking forward to getting use of all the handy features of this lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the lock, but not all features working as smoothly as hoped. Keypad works well. Fingerprint reader sometimes works immediately, other times doesn't work in spite of cleaning, reprogramming, etc. Proximity sensor typically unlocks about 5 or 10 minutes after returning home. Tried setting on farthest range to give it more time but no improvement. May it's just user error or cold temperatures. Will continue trying. Better than another lock I tried.
