This fan fit perfeclty in our sash window. Easy to program & operate. Has a timer and thermostat settings. Multi-functional. We love this for guests in our spare bedroom.

Needed a window fan for my kitchen and this was exactly what I was looking for! It was easy to connect to my Alexa and the reversible airflow option is a cool feature.

I recently purchased the Aspen Smart Wi-Fi Window Fan, and it has been a game-changer for keeping my home cool and comfortable! The smart home voice control feature makes it incredibly convenient to adjust settings using Alexa or Google Assistant. I love the programmable digital thermostat and the ability to control it via a smartphone app. The removable and washable fan blades and grills are a breeze to clean. Plus, the electronic reversible airflow feature is fantastic for optimizing ventilation. Overall, this fan is a smart, efficient, and user-friendly addition to any home!

This fan has one already attached extension screen and then one unattached extender panel. The unattached panel is supposed to be slid into the grooves on the left side of the fan. However, there is no way to securely attach it to the fan. Because the fan when installed horizontally is not lying flat along the bottom of the window frame, but is balanced on the edge of the frame, the unattached panel slides down and does not line up with the top of the fan thus leaving a big gap. If you want efficient exhaust, you don't want this gap. See pic.

Ending up returning this. For the price, it just isn't worth it. Some othe the problems are: The thermostat option is worse than useless. If you have the fan set to intake, when it reaches the temperature you set, it turns off. That's fine. However, the second it turns off, the temperature it measures goes up becauxe it is no longer blowing cool outside air onto the temperature sensor. So the temperature reading jumps up a degree ot so. Which causes the fan to turn back on because it's now higher than the temperature you set. Basically, it just sits there constantly pulsing the fan. Whoever designed this needs to go back to school and learn about control systems. Also note that it doesn't have a mode to use it without the thermostat option, unlike other fans. The remote triggers other devices, and the fan is triggered by other device's remotes. So, turning on a nearby floor fan with its remote turns off the window fan. Adjustiimg the speed of the window fan turns off the floor fan. Ultimately, we have to get up to turn on or off the thing manually. Which defeats the purpose of a remote. The wifi-based control has an app that demands you sign into it using your email and sends off who knows what info to some server someplace. There's zero reason for this. The fan and my phone are both on my wifi. Why should I involve some random server someplace, and have to log into someone else's system to have permission to control my own fan?

The fan power is pretty weak. The plastic is good and nice quality but for this expensive of a fan, you expect it to be wonderful. The grill looked so great that you could remove it and I thought it would rotate so I could direct the airflow. Wrong! Fixed position like all the other window fans out there, so if your window is not in the right place that you want the air, forget it. I wake up sweating at night b/c the fan blows above my body. I wrote the maker of the company and they didn't care about my feedback thinking to suggest for future products and they told me to just return it. They didn't care about me as a customer or consider my feedback. For this amount of money, you should be able to direct your airflow.

The exhaust feature without having to physically turn the fan around is awesome. The Wi-Fi feature is so handy! I cannot say enough about this fan, I even bought a second one.

First I thought the price was a bit high to me, but now I love it! It's really useful and easy to control from my cell phone, and especially it connects to my Google assist. It also fits perfectly with the window. (this is important to me, looks nice and clean) Plus, I like to keep things clean, and it's so cool that you can easily take it apart and wash it in a minute. I will definitely recommend my friends to have one too!

I bought this for the Google Home capability. But I love how quiet the fan is and how much Air is exhausted. I am very happy with my purchase. So like how are you can change the modes, exhaust or circulate are the two that I use.
