Good expérience but l’m having problem with the digital reading. The nearest electrical outlet was at 5-6 feet from the lock and the bridge was too far!!!!!

Tris is my 6th or 7th Pue Chase since a oír 7 Year s ago.ultraliq Y-Bolt Pro is awesome, secure and confortable.

We’ve used this brand locks on our rental and personal properties for a handful of years. This particular lock offered the feature of thumbprint entry and we chose it for our home. We have found that we need to reset the thumbprint every day or two as it will stop working. For every other reason, we love these locks, but the thumbprint option which we were looking forward to is very sketchy.

I love these locks. I have them on two of my personal use homes and two of my Airbnbs. Love the ease of changing the code from the app and not have to be at the house to do it. Getting repairs done, just unlock front door from app, this feature has come in handy many times. Only issue I’ve had is I had to repurchase one for my home front door recently. The thumb sensor coding peeled off and I couldn't use that feature anymore. Not sure if it’s because I get full sun. All the other ones on the other houses are same age and have no issues with. Overall, I still love this lock and would buy another one if needed.

I was a bit reluctant about this device but instead I decided to try and it literally works fantastic and allows all my supplies to flow into my restaurant without having any issues. I did the installation and was able to get it done in less than an hour. Really good technology!!

I replaced an existing deadlock and installation was easy. I am using fingerprint recognition and password and they work great. I would recommend this buy.

Install took 5 min and it started working perfectly. One thing that wasn’t clear to me from the start was that you create codes in the app instead of on the keypad. That makes sense but in a lot of smart products you start on the device itself. I love starting and keeping the codes in the app, it just wasn’t clear to me that you start there for creating codes.

As long as your door has a deadbolt separate from the door handle, the ultraloq seems like it should fit most doors. I installed my u-bolt pro without any drilling in 1-2 hours. I took my time while watching the installation videos on their website, and it was very straightforward. It has been functioning perfectly for the past month since installation.

Very happy with this smart lock. Very user friendly.

Pretty easy install. Biggest part is to stop at each step and make sure your bolt slides in and out of the frame receiver freely without binding. The only issue I have is the auto unlock. It's worked once out of the dozens of times I've approached my door. Fingerprint works great. Code works as expected. Just the one feature that is the most appealing to me seems to not be fully developed yet. That aside, it's a great lock that I'll keep.

I installed my lock on my garage side door. The install was easy and straightforward. I love the door sensor and the auto lock feature. It’s a great addition and I plan on ordering more for the other doors for my house.

The smart lock was easy to set up. No complaints as it hasn’t failed after few weeks of use. I’m wondering if the in-built wifi would eventually be graded to work with 5G wifi system. At the moment, it’s using 2.4G.

At first, could not work out the auto-unlock feature. After extending the time that the door is to stay unlocked before relocking, all is well. I'm very satisfied with the installation process and the product. Has been installed for about 2-3 weeks.

Set up was easy not super difficult. I had to cut the hole for the deadbolt and then mortis for the closer. Those were not previously in my setup. I like the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth setup. Although I realize through setting up that the Wi-Fi sensor cannot be blocked by walls books CDs or DVDs. Line of sight is better or right next to it if it all possible. That was a trial and error that was not explained or shown in detail or explanation in the information on installation. The app is not very easy to use in Android form. I have no information on Apple as none of those devices are in my household. If I leave the house or fiddle with the lock through the app it shows disabled. I have to completely close the app and open it back up to show whether it's locked or unlocked. This is not a good design and should have not left testing until this was fixed. Google home is much more efficient and shows it correctly when it is either locked or unlocked. When I arrive home it does not sense me right away at any lock and auto unlock does not work correctly when I'm by the door I intend to use. So if I'm using the back door I have to manually unlock it as auto unlock fails. Auto unlocked work perfectly on the opposite door though and has every time. I would also like to see in the app a choice to make one door over the other the priority. Meaning the door that would be used more than the others and that one would auto unlock correctly. I would also like to see a disabled feature so if you're working in the yard it doesn't lock on you.

Works as advertised. Often need to try fingerprint a few times before it opens.
