My laminate floors are slick and my rig slid all the time. This works perfectly to keep the rug in place. Even with cat and dog roomies.

Great rug pad for the money. The size and shape are perfect for an oval braided rug on hard wood or vinyl. Keeps the rug in place with no sliding. Would purchase again.
