Q: Understood you can only view one camera at a time, but can audio from both cameras be on at same time? For instance, if camera 1 is up on the screen, can I still hear audio of baby crying on camera 2?

    We have bought toooooo many of these, returned a couple that were broken right out of the box (looked already returned), and used two "long-term" in our home. The first lasted about 2 years, and the second kicked the bucket just over the year mark - right outside of the warranty period. It has been great to monitor 2-3 kids over that time, but it's really disappointing when it suddenly refuses to charge when we use it multiple times a day and overnight to monitor our kids.

    Had this device for a short time. Issues with it charging started shortly after. It would only charge if the cord was bent in a specific way by the monitor. Eventually that didn’t work and we bought a new cord which helped for a little while. But now it will not charge at all regardless of the cord. Customer service is a joke. Same issues noted all over Reddit. I essentially have a $100 paperweight. Do NOT buy from this company.

    Awful Monitor

    This is an awful product. It stopped charging after a year of use and began to die in the middle of the night, leaving us unable to see or hear our baby. Customer service is unwilling to help. Unfortunately if you look into it, this is a common problem for this product. It is expensive and left many customers disappointed. Definitely go with a better, more reputable brand!

    My experience with the monitor was similar to many others: it stopped working, stopped charging, began making a humming or buzzing noise, and eventually died randomly in the middle of the night when it did hold a charge. Vava's customer service was terrible. Despite sending numerous emails and providing all the requested information, I received delayed responses and was repeatedly asked for the same details. I eventually requested a phone call because they do not provide a phone number, and the call was as unproductive as the emails. Needless to say, I did not repurchase and switched to a different monitor brand.

    We’ve used this continually for 2 years and it works great. The battery lasts all night Not plugged in. I have seen other monitors that have crisper images at night, but this one is sufficient for us and we really like that it isn’t dependent on wifi.

    It stopped charging after about only a year. We bought a new charger and that did not solve the issue. Like other reviewers I too would not recommend this faulty product. It’s unfortunate because I thought Vava was a trustworthy company.

    We’ve had this camera with our first in 2022 and repurchased a second for our son. It works great (picture, sound, quality, range, etc.). If you’re looking for a split screen option, make sure it is the model that allows for a split screen. My camera/video monitor does a camera cycle where it cycles between the two cameras every 15 seconds. Not a bad option but I would’ve loved for the split screen.

    Stopped working about 1 year after we got it. Just randomly one day cut off and wouldn’t come back on or charge . Up until that point I didn’t have any issues with it but now I’m seeing this is a common issue .

    We registered for this baby monitor and got it for our baby shower. We have had it a year and a half now and have had ZERO problems. We have taken it to parents houses, hotels, and friends houses and it’s a breeze to set it up since it does not have to connect to a home wifi. We have gone as far as one home over from ours to hang with friends and the picture stays clear and easy to see our son. Why I’m writing this review now is because the picture is so clear that I was able to see my son have a seizure (for the first time) during his nap time and I rushed to help him asap. If this baby monitor was not as good as it is I might not have been able to see that my son was in trouble and needed my help. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a baby monitor with a CLEAR picture and GOOD sound. This has both. Thank you for making such a wonderful product that helped me keep my son safe!
