It would be nice if the expiry date is being highlighted when I made my purchase (I may have missed it, but there should have more emphasis since the expiry is so close). I bought the product in Nov 22, the product expiry is on April 23. Because I am in Asia, so I bought 4 bottles so that it is worthwhile as the shipment cost is about US25.00 (an estimate). I have loved turmeric for inflimation for a few years now. I love how it makes me feel and even look, as my hands and feet appear less puffy. I have RA, so my inflimation markers are always high. I take supplements to aid with this, and some work better than others. This VivaNaturals Organic Turmeric + Ginger has proved to be a quality supplement. I love how the effects were basically next day. I had less muscle aches and I felt and looked better overall. The only downside, that you have to take 3 tablets that are pretty good size. If you struggle with swallowing tablets/capsules I would take one at a time or split them in two. This product contains black pepper extract which aids in absorption. I feel all ingredients compliment each other which makes for a great supplement that I will for sure purchase again and again.

I want to start off by saying I enjoyed the supplements l. They didn't bother my stomach which is always a key factor. I only gave a 4 stars was because of the size of pills and needing to take 3. It's a large dose for me so harder to take on the go or quickly. I also can't see I saw an improvement technically on if it helped my joints or not. I do have digestion issues and that seemed about the same for me personally.

I started with 1/day and increased to 1 more each day since I had concerns it would upset my stomach. I did not experience any stomach issues taking the full dose. I tool the product for 3 1/2 weeks. I didn't feel any dramatic changes but upon reflection I will say my ankles have not ached when I go to bed at night so would count that as an improvement. I expect each person would have varying results so try it if you are able to swallow the large pills.

I started taking one tablet mid day and 1 before bed. After about a week I noticed less gas and a small bit of relief in my joint pain. I was excited to try this because I have been hearing more and more about the health benefits of turmeric. I used the product for about two weeks and noticed *maybe* a slight improvement in digestion and an overall less-bloated feeling. I definitely was visiting the WC more often during this time! However, these are large pills and you are meant to take them THREE times a day, with each meal. So if you're on the go, you basically have to... carry the bottle around? No thanks. I stuck with it as best I could but eventually I realized it was too much of a hassle. I prefer supplements that can be taken once in the morning and then that's it, you can move on with your day. I can't be bothered to remember this pill (which is rather large) at every single meal.
