Q: Is this fan quiet enough to not be disruptive in an office setting? I'm in a cubicle and can place it under the desk (pointed up) to muffle sound, but I worry it won't be enough.
A: It should be quiet enough. 50 decibels on high.
submitted byVornado Representative - 6 years agoBrand expertA: It is quiet. I use it on my desk and it is not a problem at all.

Q: The black wire for my motor is open. Is a fuse in the motor ? How can I repair this ? n Harry Kirk
A: The only fuse is in the plug end of the cord. On one side is an indentation that slides open towards the prongs. If the fuse is bad, there would be a burn mark in the center. If the center does not have a burn mark, that fuse is not the problem and it cannot be repaired. Call 1-800-234-0604, 7:00 to 6:00 p.m., Central Time, Monday through Friday for assistance.
