What a great fan - the quiet, powerful objet d'art is very pleasing!

a very finely built product, no plastic cheap feel at all. well priced, and I love the vintage styling with modern technology.

This fan is solid, a great design, and works great. The low level is super low- so quiet you can barely hear it, but it does move air. This is a serious design upgrade from the fan we were using before; it truly elevates the look of our bedroom.

I did comparisons for a number of fans before choosing this one. It’s beautiful and appears to be well made. It is the vintage one. Not the junior version. It does not move as much air as I thought it would. I have another Vornado fan that moves more air. I wish I would have purchased a second one.

I absolutely love Vornado!! From the gorgeous, retro, sleek design that fits perfectly in my mid century living room, to the quietness. Not to mention the way that it works so much better than a regular, ol’ fan! I now have one in each bedroom, one in the kitchen and two in the living room. I don’t even need to use AC.

What’s not to like? They are classy looking and work great. I have two this one and matching pedestal fan. They circulate the cool air too. Now I’m Cool😎

And mighty good. I’ve avoided getting an air conditioner, in large part because my two older Vornado fans, both small, are so good. Now I’ve added a third small one — metal, green, vintage-look — and it is even more amazing. Powerful, sturdy, silent. So I still won’t be needing you, a/c, I’m good!

Bought this a month or so ago. Works surprising well for being relativley compact. Really circulates the air. And it is build with metal. It is heavy and solid. Built to last, not as a disposable fan.

This is now my 4th Vornado. It all started when my Vornado I purchased in the 90s finally gave up the ghost. It was dual purpose - heater or fan, depending on controls selected. I then bought a small classic mini, which is a solid product l that is perfect on a desk. Then, I bought a classic heater and now this one. I really like the quality of the retro ones, even though my first was heavy duty plastic. They look great in my Dad's old 1948 ranch style house

This is my 5th Vornado product and I am extremely satisfied with all of them, they work great, are quiet and do the job of circulating the air.. when I run the AC I have one in front of vents and cools down the whole apt, we live in NH so its muggy and hot at times... wonderful product and I just happen to love the vintage look, thank you... We have two for our home here in Texas. Great air circulation and genuinely helps the cooling system.

Looks cool, but just doesn’t cut it as a useful fan. The highest setting is the only one where you can actually feel the air blowing, but the sound has such a terrible frequency that it cannot be used for sleeping. The difference between the high and medium is so drastic, and low is like me trying to cool down my hot food.

I have lived with Vornado fans all my life, this is my 4th. Moving to Fl. like the look, simplicity and moves the air, fits beautifully with my home.

I purchased this because I am so tired of all the plastic junk for sale now. This fan is beautifully made and makes a large room very comfortable! It’s worth every penny, I love It and will be purchasing for other rooms.

We purchased one several years ago and just bought a second. Very quiet and efficient plus has a classic MCM look to it. Not the cheapest, but so far has lasted very well.

I bought this as a christmas present for my husband who strongly desires sleeping next to a jet-engine. I do not share his enthusiasm for fans, so this is much cuter on the bedside table than a jet-engine and still puts out some air!

So far, this fan how shown to be powerful. It helps keep rooms cool, even for it's smaller size. The design I feel is well worth the price point- though it's still on the expensive side. I'm hoping to keep this one for years and hopefully buy the pedestal version of it soon.

I loved this fan, but unfortunately, it just wasn't meant to be. It is very cute, a little darker than the photos suggested, and the perfect look for my vintage styled room, but the reason I wanted a Vornado was because two of my friends had regular ones that I fell in love with. Unfortunately, I had to return it for two reasons. 1) The white noise wasn't quite like the other Vornado fans I liked. Its a little quieter, and on the highest setting, there is an underlying frequency that MOST people will not catch but I do. Not at all bothersome during the day while I'm working, but I do catch it at night while I'm trying to sleep. I can assure you that if you're not an audio engineer like me, you will not notice it. I just have extremely sensitive hearing. 2) It is the tiniest bit less powerful than the regular Vornado (I compared with my roommate's). Maybe its just my room shape as I have 12ft high ceilings and almost no circulation in my room when the door is closed. I hoped this would help, but unless I point the fan directly at myself through the night, I am still hot and stuffy by morning. I will update this once I get a regular Vornado and can compare the night sleep. I don't want to discourage anyone else away from this fan. It just wasn't a good fit for me personally.
