Q: I used this less than 10 times. Handle leaks water from everywhere. Can I fix this?
A: Yes, by purchasing a different brand. If you look at reviews for the previous model you will see it also had leak problems. They've been making these for DECADES but are still selling leaky models!!!

Q: What is the difference between the evolution water flosser for $79.99 and the regular water flosser for $59.99???
A: Hello Joan - To answer your question, we will need to know the name of the other model you are referring to. Please call 1-800-525-2774 for assistance with your product question.
submitted byWaterpik - 1 year agoBrand expertA: The $59 one sucks. Mine lasted 6 months. It leaked, the top fell off often and then the handle became infested with black mold.
