I bought this eye pencil. It came without a sharper and I realized soon after using it needed one. I wrote to the company and they suggest one from another site, SO I bought that one. It was a good sharpener so it was not the sharpener, but the pencil itself deteriorated when sharpening. It just wont sharpen without tip constantly breaking. I think I got one week out of this pencil and now it is a a stub trying to sharpen. A complete waste of money. Worse, I wrote to them telling them what happened and asked for credit and heard nothing back. I am absolutely disappointed in the product and service.

I purchased this brand looking for a cleaner product, while it "lines" pretty well after a few strokes, it smears and smudges below my eyelid and in both corners of my eyes after a few hours of wearing

This eyeliner applies on pretty smooth. I didn’t have trouble sharpening it like others have and I’ve bought this a few times. I’ve tried honest and burts bees all natural eyeliner and this one is much darker and bolder than the others. I don’t know if it’s cause my lids are teary or oily. I’m not sure what the problem is but the liner ends up fading or melting at the outer corners of my eye within just about an hour. I have to reapply constantly throughout the day to keep the eyeliner fresh. That’s a major inconvenience. I really wish it would last a lot longer or I would have given a higher review. I still buy it because it’s a clean product but if they can change it to long lasting wear and i don’t have to sharpen it, I would be so happy.

Tried to sharpen it with a sharpener but it always breaks off again and again. So frustrating! It's not like the item is cheap. I only got a few uses out of it. Also it erases on your eyes really quick. One moment it's there the next it's gone.

This is perfect for sharp and dark eyeliner. It doesn't hurt or feel like its scraping the skin. There is a lot of control and it is very precise. Overall, fantastic. My only thought is it should come with a sharpener or there should be a Well People sharpener available to buy.

I love this eye liner. It goes on smoothly and leaves a natural finish and it does not irritate my sensitive eyes or exacerbate my allergies like other make up products. I hope more people continue to purchase ewg.org approved makeup products like this that are free of allergens, cancer-causing ingredients and are marked at a fair price. I would love if this came in more colors like Navy, or a warm brown (not black brown which is what I purchased - just a little too dark for my skin tone). I will however, continue to repurchase this product because I appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the care taken to deliver healthier makeup products. I wish this was carried in-store not just online

Applies smoothly & precisely without dragging my eyelid. Color is rich! I don't wear foundation, or use a primer, yet even after sleeping with it on one night, it didn't budge! Due to the ingredients, I feel comfortable using it daily. Will definitely buy again!!

Excellent! Goes on super smooth, doesn't pull on your skin, doesn't need to warm up to go on smoothly. I love how dark black I can get the color if I layer. Really easy to create a precise cat-eye, also smudges really beautifully. It does migrate and fade into creases rather easily, but I don't find it to be messy to the point that I need to start over, I can clean it up pretty easily with a q-tip and re-define, but it does require some touchups to last a whole day.

This product checks both those boxes, plus I like that it's a pencil that I can sharpen to the thickness I want rather than those roll out sticks (it also means less plastic). Great job, W3ll People. NO beauty product can justify animal testing.

I'm sadly disappointed by this eyeliner. It goes on smoothly but within an hour was running down eyes. I've tried it several more times to see if I can get it to work, with powder, with primer, with shadow and with nothing and none of it prevented the eyeliner from running. I wore it in average temps (60*F). It's such a bummer because I was so happy to have a natural pencil.
