I bought the puppy for my 4.5 year old granddaughter but her almost 11 year sister claimed it. Now I am buying the kitty. When you buy it, it is set to the “try me mode.” It is not broken. It also has a volume control switch. There is more than one way to make it sleep. Read all the instructions and watch the video.

Very disappointed with this as it doesn't look at all like the photos. It's actually a dirty pink with bits of fur falling out all over. It looks creepy when the eyes are not fully out. Bought this for my granddaughter and she opened it right out of the box so it's not like I could take it away to return it...which i absolutely would have done!

I ordered online the purple one and it was received with the plastic strip to activate the batteries. Ordered the pink one and it came in the shipping box "talking" away, eyes wide open and looking used. Target did quickly send a replacement but this one also was already activated. BIG disappointment for a young child.

I bought this for my daughter's 5th birthday and it was an immediate hit. She adored it - insisted on bringing it in the car to and from daycare, and loved showing off all of it's tricks to everyone she met. Unfortunately, after all of 2 weeks it stopped going to "pet mode" from "fluff mode" for no obvious reason. Makes all of the sounds and signs like it was about to open up, but nothing. I tried reaching out to the company's customer service line for trouble shooting and got crickets for a response. Extremely disappointing.

Be careful. It will vibrate off your shelf. I was actually really shocked at how much this thing vibrates. Otherwise it’s fun and cute. Not quite like a Furby but also, not too different from one either. There is an off button 🙌

I ordered online and picked up in store. This toy was making noise as soon as the store clerk gave me my bag. Was noisy the entire way home in the car and would not be quiet. There was no on/off switch that I could see anywhere. I had to end up unassembling the whole box and cutting the toy out to remove the batteries. I returned the next day, as would be way too annoying.

Ordered this as a gift for my daughter, per her request. As soon as I picked up my order yesterday I KNEW I would be returning this. It is loud and obnoxious in the packaging (difficult to hide), and I know my daughter will only enjoy the unboxing, and will never pick it up again. This is such a waste of money! Can’t wait to get my refund.

Got so excited when the fluff came alive and became purr n fluff. Great interactive toy ( you can snuggle it, pet it, roll it, and even feed it). Even my younger one loved it (they were fighting over it ). One con is the fluff that comes off of it. Its messy. Can be dangerous for little ones hands when the eyes closes back in. I kind of wished it had arms and legs. The hard plastic its made of under the fluff is very hard. Can be dangerous. Concept is good, but its an alright toy.
