Q: What’s the difference between this and the go wearable one?

submitted by Aurora - 9 months ago
  • A: Our site offers a comparison page to help you understand the differences between the pumps - we recommend you check this out to learn more! Both pumps fit entirely in your bra, with no dangling cords, tubes, or bottles. The most major differences are range of mobility & suction type - Willow 360™ uses a constant suction, (think about how baby latches) is totally leak-proof when you pump with our milk bags, and wide range of mobility with our milk containers. Willow Go uses a tug and release type of suction, similar to a traditional wall pump, and lets you pump totally hands-free and untethered, but isn't totally leak-proof (especially if you're leaning far forward or back). Willow 360 lets you choose between spill-proof milk bags (no need to transfer - you can pump and store milk in the same bag) or reusable containers, while Willow Go offers reusable containers only. Both pumps are app connected, but Willow 360 has more smart features - for example, it tracks your volume in real time and automatically records your session history and connects to Apple Watch. Willow 360 holds up to 4 oz per pump, while Willow Go holds 5 or 7oz (7 oz containers sold separately). Also included only with a Willow 360™ pump purchase, Moms have access to our 360 Care, where you can book a virtual session with an Onboarding Coach to get up to speed on assembly, sizing, positioning, and bra fit. The program also offers access to expert-backed articles and videos to help set you up for success!

    1. They extremely uncomfortable. my nipples hurt every time i use them. I have a madela pump that i use with nipple covers at a size 24 and use the same size with the willow and i am very sore. 2. I am very petite and these pumps are so large it’s uncomfortable. i can’t hold my baby during a pumping session. 3. Doesn’t come with the reusable containers. Even when u purchase the reusable containers you have to keep the containers open to release air to allow the machine to keep pumping. this defeats the purpose of the “360” 4. Doesn’t empty you completely. This was anticipated from the beginning since it was mobile. Just buyers be aware you will need an electric wired pump if you want to completely empty ur milk supply during a session. I wish i would have done more research prior to buying. The only thing i did like about them is they are portable and they do pump milk out of you. As long as you can endure the pain and don’t anticipate holding or tending to your baby during a session. ( Personal experience)

You guys! They will absolutely try to dodge covering your warranty with every fiber of their being because their products WILL NOT LAST A YEAR and they know it. There will be moments when you love the convenience of the pump and you will let that convince you to keep going with it even though you have trouble getting it started 75% of the time. Ultimately it will end up breaking at least once if not twice in the first year. I am on #2 and they are fighting so hard to not replace the pump this time. 3 more months of breastfeeding. Stick with any other wearable pump brand or stick with your old faithful brands like Medela. Nothing like having to make another major financial investment with being so close to being done breastfeeding. I read so many horrible reviews about willow before buying them and I still bought them. I have a friend that has the cheapest wearable pumps on the market and they absolutely stand behind their products. There is a reason your insurance won't cover Willow pumps. They are absolute garbage wrapped up in a luxury bow.

This pump is the worst pump out of the 6 that I have used over my 3 pregnancies! I wasted way too much of my money on this for no help! I can get more by hand expressing then this pump even gives me. So highly disappointed, thought this was a good quality product but I’m disappointed and now looking elsewhere for a pump that will actually work.

    A Solid Pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a bit complicated, but once you get the hang of it it’s not too bad to use. It empties me pretty well, not as good as my medela, but it gets the job done when I need to be moving around while pumping. It is indeed leak/spill proof! I’ve done workouts while wearing it and haven’t lost a drop! My biggest complaint is how massive the pumps are. I can’t really hold my baby while wearing them because they stick out so far from my chest.

Have had some difficulty using the Willow 360 and with the company. My experience up to the coaching session had been terrible, however, after meeting with Cat, I can honestly say I have a new perspective of the company and how much they care for their customers. I’m hoping after the coaching session, I will have a good expression/output of milk. Cat was phenomenal and highly recommend if anyone else has had an unpleasant experience, try the 1 on 1 coaching session before throwing in the towel. Maybe you’ll get Cat and she can help you like she helped me!

Don’t waste your time or money on this pump. Within 4 days my Left pump stopped working for no known reason, the company sent me a replacement pump that also did not work, a third came in, it worked! Then my right one stopped working all together as well. After spending all the money on the pump, the money on all of the extra parts needed to make the thing useable. It was extremely disappointing. Ended up just using my hand pump because I was tired of the connectivity issues, the pump not working, the lack of customer service response & the hassle. Save your money & sanity.

Do not waste your money on these. Between already struggling mentally with hormone changes and lack of sleep, this has caused a major stressor and I’ve been crying EVERYTIME I tried to use them. I have a low milk supply as it is, and the containers leak badly! The app rarely connects properly, I’ve had more spilled milk than actually collected. There’s nothing discrete about these when they leak all in your bra rather than going into the containers. I’ve tried different flange sizes, nipple creams, facing the product in different directions and nothing has helped. The product consistently gives errors when there are no errors present. And to top it off, it hurts so much more to pump with these than any other pumps I’ve used and gives you LESS than an oz of milk if even that. My breast leak milk from the let down yet it doesn’t catch any of it. It did the total 25 minutes and the milk remained in the flange but never went to the container. With raw nipples, I went to use my daily pump and I was able to pump over 4oz so the breasts milk supply wasn’t the issue. I have spoken with customer support through willow and tried all of their techniques and still nothing. Do not buy this, keep your sanity and money.
