Q: What flanges does this pump come with multiple flanges or just 24's?

A: Just 24 you will need to purchase flange inserts. They do not carry in stores. Amazon is the best place to get them. You can get a 6 pack for 8$

Q: My pumps are only lasting 1 pumping session for 30 min and they die not 6-8 sessions how can I get that fixed

A: Hello, the pump has a single cycle of 30 minutes. If you need to continue using it, you can start over. If it is fully charged, the pump can only be used for 30 minutes and cannot be turned on afterwards. You can contact our after-sales email at support@momcozy.com for more help.

A: Hello, this mainly depends on the diameter of the nipple. The largest flange currently available is 27mm. You can measure it first. As long as the flange size is suitable, mothers with large breasts can also use it.

A: Hi, please clean the silicone fittings after each use, you can also sterilize them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. If you pump more frequently, then you don't need to sterilize it after every use.

Q: if i buy this kit will it come with everything i need no extra purchase necessary? also i have a hand pump from the hospital i use a 24 and 27, will it still work if i use 24 on the 27 nipple?

A: Hello, the S9 Pro-K pumps include three sizes of inserts and two 24mm flanges. If you need a 27mm flange, you will need to purchase an additional one.

A: Hello. Due to the variety of forms of sterilization, for Momcozy's breast pump accessories, we recommend sterilizing them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes and then air drying them.

Please read the reviews before purchasing!!! I bought these thinking it was gonna be an easy and great purchase and it was for about 2 weeks… after that 1 of the actual pumps completely went out. Tried to reach out to target and it’s not returnable or exchangeable. And haven’t gotten a response from momcozy

For the price they aren't bad. I don't recomend as a primary pump. I only use this when I'm out in public and can't feed. The battery doesn't last as long as it says it does. There are a lot of parts to clean. I've had issues with it irritating me.

They work great I really it the only bad thing is u have to keep replacing the parts every few months because they start to loose suction and that cost like almost $100 so that’s kind of annoying ,, but it’s worth it to me because I really don’t wanna give my baby formula

HORRIBLE pump. I had to buy a whole new pump as i got the mom cozy free with insurance. You can’t see in regard to placement of your nipple and was pumping only 3 oz for the whole 30 min pumping session. I switched to a spectra and doubled that. Save your $$$, and your time and energy and pick another pump!

Bought these in hopes of freeing up my hands to take care of a toddler and newborn. They are super user friendly and do a great job of emptying my breast. I have a larger set and they do a great job. Only issue I have it making sure they are on properly so they don’t tug and hurt. Not an issue after making sure the flanges are on properly but first try and I lost some milk because I didn’t snap the silicone flanges on completely tight. Would recommend to any and all moms!

Defective product. Motors stopped working after one week. This pump also leaks frequently. Waste of money. Both motors stopped working only after 1 week?? How did it pass the quality assurance test? I do not recommend the product!

Unfortunately one of my pumps doesn’t work after only 2 months of use. I contacted MomCozy customer support and i have been getting multiple different emails telling me to do different things. I am not getting an answer and it’s taking me an hour each morning to use one pump to empty both sides in order to feed my baby. So frustrating. Wont purchase from this brand again :(

This is my second Momcozy pump. I originally bought the s12 which I LOVED but unfortunately after 1 month of use, the motor of one of the pumps died. I purchased this pump as a replacement. Again, great pump, but after less than 3 days of use, one of the motors died. I am incredibly disappointed. What a waste of time and money.

Pro: Suction was great! Better than the momcozy M5. Output was more. Con: LEAKED every single time. If it wasn’t the right side it was the left. All of the milk GONE. So disappointing and frustrating. It didn’t matter how secure I thought I had it together. It didn’t matter if I was sitting still straight up with a tight pumping bra on. The momcozy m5 silicone shape is alot better and never leaked. Loved it so much. Unfortunately one of the motors went out after 3 months of use. Figured I would try this one to save $100. Big mistake. If you’re a just enough supplier like me I would not waste your money on the momcozy s9.
