Q: Are they worth the money?

A: I enjoy having the flexibility of getting daily tasks done while pumping. And they are more comfortable to me than my spectra pump. I also get better results with the M5s dual mode vs just expression or massage mode.

A: Not really, but I wouldn't bend down while wearing it.

A: Hello, the noise of the M5 motor is controlled under 50 dB. It also has three modes and nine levels, which can meet most of the milk-pumping suction needs.

I originally had 2 breast pumps that were not wearable. With my husband going back to work soon, that wasn’t going to work. I need my hands to take care of the baby or do what I need to do. So I got this pump and I really like it. You can use it with a nice sports bra. It’s so easy to use and comes with a nice carrying case. I definitely recommend!

I used this for two weeks when my Spectra pump suddenly stopped pumping. At first I thought it was going well, the design worked well. Then the pumps started acting weird with one of them not turning off, or when I would change the settings it would go the opposite way (plus would turn it down and you couldn't increase the pump level again). When I finally did get it to turn off, it turned on its own about 15 minutes later. Definitely returning this pump.

For the price and quality…I would not buy. Great suction the first week. Today makes 3weeks and sometimes I have to check to see if the pump is still on cause suction is so low. Also, one of the pumps went out. It shows that it’s charging, but will not turn on. I called momcozy but their customer service department is taking a while to get back with me. I would not recommend. The cheaper pumps on Amazon work much better.

Purchased this breast pump as a baby shower gift December 24, 2024. My grandson was born March 12, 2025 and now 3 weeks later the pump shuts off randomly, and then won't start again. Daughter emailed the company and they won't help because it wasn't purchased from their site. Target won't refund because of purchase date. DO NOT BUT AS GIFT IF NOT GOING TO USE IMMEDIATELY..

I have purchased two of these pumps. Both faulty. It never works when you need it to! Imagine waking up fully engorged and ready to pump but it simply will not work no matter how many times you take it apart and put it back together. It is so disappointing for the cost!

So, I tried to do as much research as I could regarding portable breast pumps for my wife. I read the reviews and was skeptical as most portable pumps had reviews regarding fitment issues. However, after discussing it with the wife, we bought these pumps. However, it seemed the pumps weren't fitting my wife's larger chest appropriately to pump correctly. Keep in mind, that was the only use of the pumps. The pumps wouldn't sit upright and ti didn't feel correctly attached to my wife. Spoke to custoner service- useless. They said nothing can be done on their end and deferred me to the manufacturer. Went to the store and spoke to a manager- same. I understand the store's return policy regarding these items (or rather lack of return policy) however how is someone supposed to see if these pumps even fit correctly unless they open the item? Doesn't make sense at all and customsr service should have some alternative method for addressing this rather just saying sorry we can't help you.

I got this because it was viral all over TikTok… the pump worked great in the beginning but I feel like it lose its suction strength. If I tried to go up a few levels it would hurt. Didn’t feel like it emptied it out completely, I felt constantly engorged and has to use my hospital grade spectra pump. Would only get out between 3-4 each breast. Felt heavy in my nursing bras and would move around which was annoying. Felt restricted when walking because I didn’t want them to pop out of place. Maybe invest in a different mom cozy pump.

I was so excited about this, but it was disappointing to say the least. The suction is nothing compared to the hospital grade pumps. No matter how low or high the suction setting is, it is extremely painful. I even met with a lactation specialist to make sure I was using the proper flange sizes and it still hurts. It is also difficult to align perfectly and to make sure that it’s working underneath the pumping bra. I wish I didn’t waste money on this. It’s not like you can return it! Stick with your pump that you can get through your insurance.

The pump is easy to use and clean. The battery life isn’t the greatest. With a full charge the battery will last 2 hrs at most. The suction isn’t that great. The flanges it comes with are a soft silicone but doesn’t feel like it’s doing the job. You can use the Medela symphony pump parts with this pump.

Had constant problems with this pump. Worked great for the first month. Always had problems with duckbill valves and diaphragms. Spent lots of money in replacement parts only for the same issue to keep happening.
