The mat is fine, but that smell is AWFUL. I had to throw it out and buy another brand.

It's a cute little tub mat. But-It has a very sour stench to it. Makes the whole level of the house reek. Tied vinegar/h2o soak, baking soda/h2o soak & Tide wash. No improvement. I put it out in the garage, then garage reeked.Now I have it on the balcony. Will be returning it.

Love size. Easy to use. Peace of mind getting in and out of shower daily.

Had a horrible chemical smell. We washed it in the washing machine like advertised and made our whole washer stink and smell the same

I really like the bath mat color, length and material, but the smell is horrible! I took the wrapping off and even aired it out outside, washed it, but it still has a rubber smell. This continues even after multiple showers. I really like the mat so I’m hoping it will dissipate over time. The length is great, much longer than a regular bath mat and it fits perfectly in the tub. There is still room by the drain and at the rear of the tub.

Nice keeps me from falling, and I did not notice any smell. I bought two for my shower, but you really only need one.

The smell is horrible. I keep trying to get it out but it just lingers. It's absolutely awful.

The size of it and the durability of it.

The size and color are great. The smell from it is AWFUL. I thought it would go away within a day or two of being aired out, but it's making my whole apartment smell like this terrible plastic odor. I wish I knew before I bought it!

So the mat itself is as described, works well… rolled it out into the tub and used it this evening, but my entire upper level smells like weed now. I’m not sure if that’s going to wear off or if that’s just what that material smells like, but it’s nasty. Could have been that whoever packaged it was smoking at the time, and it just needs to air out, but the stench emanating from it is gross.

Fits my tub perfectly. Easy to clean. Great quality for value.

This has such a strong odor that leaving it outside for a week, washing it, drying it and it still fills the room of vinyl. I would not purchase this.

This bath mat absolutely stinks. I let it air outside in the cool air for several days and then washed it. The smell did not go away.

Love the size of this but that’s where it ends…I ordered one and it smelled HORRIBLE. I left it outside for a few days to off gas, it still smelled. I bleached it - still smelled. Ordered a new one, it came and…you guessed it…smells horrible. Do NOT buy this.

Didn’t stick at all’s followed directions to a T.
