My little one struggles to sleep sometimes, and these Zarbees melatonin for kids is a gentle way to help get more sleep. It's a more sticky texture but not bad in taste and works great. Melatonin in itself should not be taken everyday though, so use this mindfully and with care, as it definitely works. Great kids melatonin.

Tried these only for a brief period of time in efforts to regulate my child’s sleeping pattern and have her adjusted to a new schedule. They worked even though she would run and run until she couldn’t anymore. Discontinued use only because it became unnecessary to use!

Zarbee’s Children’s Sleep Chewable Tablet with Melatonin is effective for helping my kids go to sleep when they are a little too hyperactive at bedtime, but I prefer the gummy version instead. The gummy sleep with melatonin is easier for children to take and my boys prefer the light honey flavor instead of the grape flavored chewable pills.

I have an autistic child with adhd. Nothing, absolutely nothing can get her calm to go to bed and stay asleep other than this! I have tried other products when this ran out at my local store and they did not work. This is the only brand that works for my child. While the chewables are a bit tarty, my kid thinks of this as her “nighttime candy” lol. Within about a half hour she’s ready for bed or already asleep.

This is a must have in my house. I have a four year old that struggles to fall asleep every single night. It can take her hours. The nights I give this to her she is able to fall right to sleep after I put her to bed. She never complains about the taste and doesn't put up a fight to take one.

I’m not big on giving my children melatonin before bed, but when I do, Zarbee’s is a brand I trust. There’s never an issue for them to take them. They seem to like the taste of them.

My almost 9 year old has suffered through bedtime anxiety since she was 3 years old or so. I had never tried anything to help her sleep in termd of taking anything orally, but decided to give this a try after talking to her pediatrician and reading the reviews on the best Melatonin chewables for children. We have used these on and off for about a year or so. I don't like giving them to her every night for long periods of time because I have read it is not recommended to do so for various reasons. She's not taking them now but we have them in the medicine cabinet in case she has issues falling asleep that get bad. She said that they taste good too. I recommend these greatly.
