sore throat, stuffy nose, sneezing, coughing, nasal congestion.Directions
For best results, use at the first sign of a cold and continue to use until symptoms completely subside. Take every 2-3 hours until symptoms are gone.Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older
Take one medicated drop at onset of symptoms; chew slowly and dissolve completely before swallowing; repeat every 2-3 hours, not to exceed 5 medicated drops in 24 hours. Take until symptoms are gone. To avoid minor stomach upset, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices for 30 minutes before or after use. Otherwise, drink plenty of fluids.Children Under 12 Years of Age

These soft chewy drops are made with two types of zinc and certified manuka honey and best taken at first sight of sysmptoms. The size of a gum drop. No hard chew and does not stick to the teeth. Recommended to keep on hand especially in these cold Winter months!

Zicam doesn't have a crazy medicine taste, you can taste fruit. The honey is probably adding to the sweetness. Overall it's a great product.

The first sign of a cold I start taking them and it makes a huge difference in recovery time. The added benefit is they taste good too. These are always in my medicine cabinet now because I wouldn't want to be without. I highly recommend!

It is made of manuka honey which is very much natural medication to use for common cold and cough. It has no after taste. I felt these really effective and helpful. We believe homeopathy way of treatments. So I enjoyed using these . I would recommend this.

I always use Zicam brand zinc lozenges and swear by them. I bought the above product for my grandkids. After opening them I read the ingredient label and although they brag about adding manuka honey which is one of the best it also added sucralose-sucrose even though one of the other main ingredients is corn syrup. Sucralose will give some people migraines and is not acceptable in a "healthy product" and they also add yellow die which I can't give 2 of my grandkids. Needless to say this product will go in the trash and was a waste of money.

If you are need of something just for the palatability for older kids/adults, these will definitely work - everyone that tried one in our house said they tasted like PURE SUGAR. I could not find the carb count/sugar content anywhere on the bottle. When I just found the list of inactive ingredients which lists 5 types of sugar alone, it made sense - kicked one person out of medical ketosis real quick, bummer!

If you take at the very onset of a cold, they work. Read the directions and let dissolve and wait to eat for 30 minutes.

I have used them for nasal congestion. They seemed to help cut the cold shorter than what I would normally experience. I liked the honey flavor. It was a light, sweet honey flavor. These will be great for my kids who don't like the taste of liquid medicine and they refuse to swallow pills. These will make things easier for them.
