Stop use and ask a doctor if: symptoms worsen, do not improve within 7 days, or are accompanied by a fever,redness or swelling is present,new symptoms occurDirections
For best results, use at the first sign of a cold and continue to use until symptoms completely subside. Directions: 1. Hold tube between thumb and forefinger at the blue band. 2. With the other hand hold at base of handle and snap open tube. 3. Pull out swab. 4. Apply medication just inside first nostril. Using swirling motion, rotate swab 3 times within nostril. While swirling, gently press outside of first nostril to ensure transfer of medication. Re-dip swab in tube and mix to re-saturate with medication. Swirl 3 more times in the same nostril while gently pressing outside of nostril. Re-dip swab in tube and mix. Repeat identical sequence in second nostril. Do not insert swab more than 1/4" past nasal opening. Discard swab after use.Adults and children 12 years of age and older

A: Thank you for your question, EdS. You may use any nasal form alternately or any oral form alternately. If you would like to treat your cold simultaneously with both forms (nasal and oral), although we are not aware of any drug interactions, the combined actives have not been studied for efficacy. Please follow the dosing schedule of every 3 hours, not to exceed 5 doses of the nasal product in one 24-hour period. Please consult your physician. I have used these in the past—purchased a box of nasal swabs and tried to use them within one month. All the swabs (save one) have been impossible to open. The plastic turns and bends but does not snap—making the swab useless

You have to get it early on so it will work good. The packaging is amazing and works great. You get a lot for your money and the ingredients are really good too.

the swabs broke upon opening, cotton was loose on ends. Those few that did open properly did not seem to help the nasal congestion.

I decided to try this out after reading the reviews since I have a cold. I didn't have the burning sensation nor did it clear my sinus. It did nothing for me.

I SO wish they did not have menthol or eucalptus in them because it sometimes burns and the aftertaste when it drips down your throat is not great, for that reason I can't use them on the kids. I will still continue to buy it for myself though because they do make a difference and they are portable to travel with and keep in my purse.

I woke up yesterday with the worst headache, sinus pressure, and congestion. I thought I try these to see if they would do anything to help. After the first dose I was already a little less stuffy. By the time I went to do the 3rd dose, I already felt back to my normal self and not sick. I am shocked by how well these work!

My friend Kate recommended this product to us as she said it helps her colds not be as severe. I’m not sure how this magical swab works but it helps. It’s not a miracle worker but it does noticeably help my symptoms. I gave one to our tour guide and it helped him tremendously. This will be a staple in my medicine cabinet as well as travel med kit.
