We have two of these. We’ve had one for seven years and bought the other shortly after for another kid! Mella is like another person in our house lol! It was a great sleep training tool and my kids still use it!!

Item didn't last a year. Very disappointed.

Stopped working before we had it for one year. Was great when working.

It’s cute but it’s not worth the price tag. I would say spending more than $15 on this is not worth it. The audio is muffled and not a good quality alarm

Light broke after a few months. Eyes still flash but not helpful for toddlers for the lights to be broken so soon.

Both of my children use this product and love it. We use it for the alarm features as well as night features. I needed to reach out to customer service recently and they responded quickly and generously!

Simple, cute and does exactly what we wanted! We turn on her orange light (or whatever color you want) at night, and then at 7am, she turns green, indicating that it's ok to get up!

Adorable design and the nightlight is great but it had a mind of it’s own and would self shut off the alarm and switch to 24hr time clock instead of 12hr.

Didn't work after 6 months.

I must have gotten a defective one because mine only has 1 sleep sound which is a loud static noise that can’t be turned down. If I kept the box I would have retuned it. The clock was smaller than I expected.

Cute little clock and I like the settings available. My son (2) is getting used to waiting for the green light (if he wakes up early) before he calls for us in the morning. My one complaint is that it’s so bright and can’t be dimmed. Sometimes the green light in the morning will wake him up. We’ve started putting a towel over the face to dim it.

I have purchased this for both kids now. They call it their Alexa. Great for sleep training and kids in school. Also super cute addition to the room!

Before we got this, at nap time, and crazy early in the morning (sometimes as early as 3am) my 3 year old would run out of his room every couple min to ask if it was time to get up yet. With this clock, he no longer does that. He knows based on color when he can actually get up so everyone gets more sleep. Plus, it's super cute when he tells me "see you when the light turns green" at bedtime.

I did like how easy it was to set up. Could use more sounds. Also the light up feature should be before the wake time not after. I did not like it did not have an option for weekend or weekday. I have three kids and no time to be changing this manually every week. That was a reason for my return. Found something basic for half the price that will better satisfy my need.

3 year old loved the concept BUT very challenging to set up. Wake up light yellow to green is available once a day, not for both morning wake and nap. User manual has tiny grey font that is very challenging to read. After seting aside time to focus on the tiny manual and get the clock set for use, my 3 year old pressed buttons on bottom and unexpected green light came on. Manual is too challenging to go figure it out again so i am giving up and returning. I am going to try the Hatch instead.

She needed some help getting it all set up but it works good and has some great features. I love the sound machine and the night light. The speaker is pretty thin sounding but it does the job.

Pros - Clock face is very clear and simple to understand. - The design is super cute. - It's easy to program - Helps your child with their sleep routine. - Nap Feature, works with just the alarm or with just the light on. - Night light, you're able to choose the color. - Hidden button underneath the clock so your child can't see them and a lock to keep them from messing with your settings. - Sound Machine feature will stay on all night if you prefer. - This clock will grow with your child as they age. - The clock can be used as a quiet time for independent play time too. Cons - Sound machine is a little loud with no way to turn it down. - No smartphone access. - Play Time mode possibly could let us change the minutes to less or more. - Would love it if I could have more customization to our individual needs, like resetting the time from my bed via my phone. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this MELLA clock for your child. We have thoroughly enjoyed learning from it. Thank you!
