For medium hair, this color-safe, hydrating shampoo strengthens & adds shine while cleansing, eliminating frizz & leaving hair smelling amazing.

BABASSU OIL - Provides hydration to hair and scalp
COCONUT OIL - Strengthens, helps seal split ends and reduces breakage
HYDROLYZED KERATIN - Softens, smoothes frizz and adds shine
How To Use:
• Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water.
• Lather a quarter size amount of MEDIUM shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp.
• Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.
• Apply a quarter size amount of MEDIUM conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends.
• Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.
Scented with Mercer Street – an outspoken fragrance that a-OUAI-kens the senses with notes of Italian lemon, Turkish rose, jasmine sambac, iris, lily, and white musk.

I love the Quai Shampoo line for color treated hair, but that was unable in my local store. So, I tried the Quai for medium hair. No where near the same. The lather is different, and that great scent just wasn't there. It was okay. But, I've had better from their line.

Cute packaging and nice size bottles but WOW the smell is so strong and not in a good way. Its heavy on the rose scent which gives a very mature smell… unfortunately will be returning

I have thick hair, but I felt like not as thick as others. I read several reviews from those with thicker hair that used the medium shampoo and so that was my choice. Solid choice! It's perfect! The smell is so lovely, not overpowering at all. I cannot believe how nice my hair feels after using this, it lathers nicely, you don't need a lot and it rinses beautifully. I was surprised at how my hair did not feel tangled or hard to get through after using the shampoo and before applying conditioner. As much as I am not a fan of the price, I will continue to pay for this brand. It's a new favorite for sure and will be continuing to use. I am not a fan of the price point, however, it's worth it. The quality is unbeatable. 10/10 for me!

I have wavy, medium thickness hair, and when I used this, my hair looked so nice! I got the travel size just to test it out, and I am definitely planning on buying a bigger bottle. It makes my hair look really clean, and I have struggled with my bangs getting oily fairly quickly, and with this shampoo my hair stays clean for a long time! I can go through my whole eight hour shift without my bangs getting weighed down. It's also great because a little goes a long way. All you need is about a quarter sized amount and you're all set. I do recommend double shampooing, though, just to make sure your hair gets super clean. However, I personally do that with all shampoos. It also smells AMAZING. The smell literally lingers in my hair all day, and it's such a pleasant fragrance. Even though this is pretty pricey, it's honestly worth it, especially since you don't need a crazy amount of product to get the job done. Will definitely make this a staple in my hair care routine!

I will say that this shampoo does smell really good however, thats the only aspect of this shampoo I enjoy. This shampoo dried out my hair very badly. It also really doesn't work well with the conditioner. Maybe Ouai should consider reformulating this.

I have medium hair and this product is entirely too heavy. No matter how little I use after shampooing/conditioning it feels so heavy and greasy.

I recently tried the OUAI Travel Size Medium Shampoo, and I'm really impressed with its performance. This shampoo is nice and works to smooth hair, but I'm returning it bc whatever fragrance is in this shampoo is nauseating!! I wish they would make it fragrance free for people who are sensitive to smells and have allergies!

the smell is very strong, like roses & it doesn't fade. While wet, my hair felt waxy and I had a lot of hair loss from this. the shedding continues after my hair is dry. I use the shampoo & conditioner so I don't know which or if both are to blame. my scalp is slightly itchy from it. maybe an allergy to it? the positive from it is that it makes my hair shiny, not frizzy, manageable, & doesn't weigh it down.

I was really excited to try Ouai's shampoo and conditioner but the smell is unbearable. It smells like really bad sunscreen. I will definitely be returning them and sticking with my current shampoo & conditioner
