My Keurig stopped working and I've only had out for 10 months 😒😔 unfortunately I would not recommend this keurig, I would just stick with the older models.

The warranty was honored. My keurig purchased in November, 2024 just quit. We really liked it so we’re very happy it was replaced. It took a few extra calls, but 9 days later the replacement arrived.

This machine is everything I needed it to be, but it only lasted 3 months before I needed to contact Keurig to replace the machine because it just died while trying to run a descale cycle. The tech I spoke with said it seems the thermostat had burnt out. 😩

It was easy to assemble , however originally I thought I received a defective unit. Bc when I placed a K cup in it for my first brew the lid/ handle part didn’t close all the way. As soon as I removed the K cup/ pod it closed all the way. Wish this was explained or showed on the tutorials to prevent concerns.

I’ve had two of these now and they both stopped working after a few uses. As others have stated m I smelt a burning smell and then it won’t work again. Just isn’t worth $100+

Its good I just worey if i dont use it everyday then its not going to work or turn on like the last one i had. When a coffee maker isnt used after a certain amount of time it will not work i noticed in a lot of coffee makers.

We have had a keurig for years and been 100% happy. I decided to get the smaller version, so less space would be used on the counter. It stopped working after a few short weeks. The replacement is now not working all of the time. Will see................
