Q: Will Perfect Pod EZ-cup filters fit?

A: It works with any pod made to work in K-cup brewers. Since the brewer simply flows water through the coffee it would have no negative effects on the brewer itself.

Please understand, we strongly recommend that you use only Keurig branded pods, otherwise we may not be able to replace your brewer if the problem is related to the pods being used.

Q: Is the cold brew option good? How is the flavor of the coffee? Is it worth it to buy this model to get the cold brew option too?

A: Thanks for your question! The K-Elite does not make cold brew coffee. It has an Iced button that makes iced coffee easy by pre-selecting the perfect settings so you can enjoy a full-flavored, delicious beverage when brewing over ice. We hope this is helpful!

Q: Does this work with universal reusable k-cup keurig sells? It claims to fit all Keurigs but other people and I found it DOES NOT fit all Kuerigs.

Please note, you may need to remove the 2.0 adapter on the bottom of the accessory and the K-Cup Holder in your brewer in order for it to fit properly. The K-Elite coffee maker does not have Wi-Fi connectivity and cannot utilize the remote brew feature from the app. The K-Elite can programmed to power on at a specific time in the morning so that it will be ready when you go to brew a cup of coffee. New brewer "feels" different from the one we bought back in 2013. Parts are lighter weight, just doesn't feel quite as substantial. New filter system is questionable. We actually had the brewer ready to send back because the coffee was so bitter. Again, we have used Keurig brewer(s) for over 12 years. Decided to eliminate the filter from the reservoir, run some rinse cycles and coffee was no longer bitter. We have always used filtered water and descale frequently. Still needed a new brewer after some 12 years but we will no longer use the provided filters for the water.

This is a far superior coffee maker that the one I purchased. I originally purchased the K supreme smart. It was replaced under warranty two times. All three were terrible coffee makers. This time on warranty replacement they allowed me to change to this model and I am very satisfied with it.

This is my second Keurig to own. The first one was just okay with the warmth being just below steaming hot. This Keurig now delivers a fresh and hot cup of coffee with steam coming from it after it brews. I also like the extra button for making the beverage stronger as well as the four different sizes being 6, 8, 10 and 12 ounces.

Nice coffee maker but .... The water reservoir is just too small. And the lid on the reservoir comes completely off instead of just tilts up. As you can tell I've had numerous Keurig coffee makers in the past and my last one conked out. I ordered this one in its place, and for the most part I like it. The coffee comes out very hot which is fabulous and it has a strength selection on it as well. What I don't like is the lid to where the water goes comes completely off and I was used to the other one which was actually a hinged lid. The other thing is the reservoir for the water is much smaller and both of us drink two cups of coffee and it always gives a reminder to fill the reservoir so I'm a little unhappy about that. But I have to admit that the coffee that comes out is excellent because I believe the temperature makes all the difference and this has a very hot temperature of water that comes through the coffee pot. All in all I rate it between a three and four. And the next time I have to order one I'll make sure that the water reservoir is bigger and it isn't so clumsy when you remove the top.
