A: Glass pot. Previous generation pot is NOT compatible.

Q: Is there a reusable pod that fits the K-Duo with multi-stream? I see pods that are compatible with K-Supreme and other models, but nothing about K-Duo. Lots of reviews that say they don't fit.
A: The My K cup universal DOES NOT fit. I’ve tried everything to get it to work.

Q: Hi am I able to use Dunkin Donuts K cups with this machine?
A: Thanks for your question Donna. You can use a variety of pods; however, we recommend brewing with genuine Keurig® K-Cup® pods to ensure the best taste possible. To make sure you are using genuine K-Cup® pods, look for the Keurig® logo on pods and boxes.

Q: Glass filter that holds the charcoal filter it's not in box with coffee maker
A: The K-Duo coffee maker is compatible with the Keurig Short Handle Water Filter Starter Kit, however, it is sold separately. This is an optional accessory and not required in order to use the coffee maker. We hope this helps!

Q: How hot is the coffee when it is brewed?
A: The K-Duo coffee maker has a preset brew temperature to optimize taste. The temperature of a dispensed 6, 8, 10, or 12 oz/cup beverage can range from 170-190 degrees Fahrenheit. Thanks for your question!
