[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this cleanser since before it became an online only thing and it's seriously the ONLY one that doesn't cause my very sensitive, acne prone skin to break out. I've tried tons of other cleansers like Good Molecules, Cerave, Vanicream, etc, and all of them made my acne worse. I just switched back to this one a day ago after trying yet another new cleanser and my skin is already more calm and my acne is less inflamed. I've gotten a few weird orange colored batches of this product in the past, but usually it's exactly what my skin needs.

Very gentle. Solution didn’t feel very cleansing at first either with the consistency being more lotion like. That changed after trying it longer and I really like the formula.

This is super light and hydrates just enough, always gets my makeup off with no issues, and doesn’t irritate my skin or even my eyes. I highly recommend this product. I’ve gone through probably 8 bottles since I began using it.

I purchased this for my daughter who has sensitive acne prone skin. She absolutely loved it down to the last pump. I do wish it was in an airless pump because she couldn't get every drop. So much was left in the bottle.

I have acne-prone, combination skin, and I have struggled my whole life to find a daily cleanser that doesn't strip my skin and break me out. This milky cleanser has been SO gentle and effective, with no fragrance and no lather or foam. It personally has been the only product that actually works and keeps my acne at bay. I recommend using a makeup remover first. This cleanser is more for treating clogged pores and not stinging your skin. And a little goes a long way!!

When I turned 25, I suddenly was breaking out constantly, and my regular sensitive skin face wash was not cutting it. This Hero face wash is exactly what it says—gentle and milky. It doesn’t foam up much at all, which some may not like. I find the more a face wash foams, the more it dries and irritates my skin, so this is perfect. There’s not really a scent that I notice, so great if you’re sensitive to fragrance. Since it’s not a harsh cleanser, I’ve found it doesn’t remove makeup well at all. Not the end of the world—I’ll use makeup wipes or remover, then wash my face and it works fine—but if this is a dealbreaker for you, be aware Also, a great deal for the price. I balked at a $15 face wash at first, but even using 2-3 pumps a day, the bottle has lasted me a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleanser has been good for my skin. I break out less than I used to and it feels a lot smoother. I'm only knocking off a point for the container because it's hard to get all the cream out. Didn't help that the cap broke.

doesn't lather as much as the the other cleanser. Good for irritated skin, but does not feel like an as effective clean especially if you're removing makeup from pores
