    i usually don’t think these types of things work but after a month of taking these everyday i’ve noticed a drastic change. i’m a lot smaller to where all of my jeans are baggy now instead of so tight they were hurting my stomach. i’m definitely buying again.

    I’m giving this a three because I haven’t seen any effects however I bought another bottle, I’m trying to stay consistent with it for three months / three bottles to see if any effect will be there (I will also be gyming and aiming for 8-10k steps)

    The gummy’s didn’t work for me . I tried the capsules before and i love them, I just to take 2 after dinner and my stomach felt better. But with the gummy’s my stomach hurts and it doesn’t help with the gas.

    These supplements do help with my bloating. However, I’ve noticed that they’re causing my urine to become very cloudy, and sometimes even sting when I pee. I drink a lot of water throughout the day, as usual.
