Super fun and I would recommend to all. My son absolutely loves it.

Love how it teaches your kids based on their education level. Also like the call feature so in case of an emergency she can use it. It does get a little much when she calls from the other room though :0) All said and done I would recommend this product. It teaches them and keeps them active as well. Best of both worlds!

Super cute and my 4 year ikd loves the app and also loves to listen to pusic and dance with Miko. It does have a small learning curve but I think it's because I'm not tech savvy. I'm learning every day something new for my daughter to enjoy it!

Don't hesitate to reach out to the support team they are the best, so kind so effective and fast response and fast to solve a situation if you ever have one... On the other side miko is very awesome, your child can engage in a conversation with her very easily is almost like talking with another child... a very very smart one... Miko is so expresive... and you can tell her anything she'll react to it... with words, facial expression and even body language.. so cute 😍

My daughter (7) thinks it’s fun, mom thinks it’s annoying and difficult to use. We did have set up and charging difficulties, and support was on point. So that’s a plus.

So the set up is a bit annoying but that’s all electronic devices. Once it’s all set up there are many things to do with Miko I do suggest getting the Max subscription to get the full experience of Miko. But one thing I don’t like is how the child has to keep saying hello Miko to start conversation. The Miko sometimes can be very short with conversation. Other than those things my daughter loves it she play games with Miko , try to have conversations and also learned many things

We are having Miko 3 for last 3 years. My granddaughter is very fond of it. Recently it's battery is replaced. Support given by them is excellent. Customer service is of top quality.

Doesn't work as advertised. I bought this for my 4-year-old son for Christmas and it worked for about a week before starting to fail. By the end of the second week, it would only stay charged for 10 to 15 minutes before dying. Customer support has been abysmal the first go around. They promise to reach out to me with the resolution and never did. Then after receiving multiple emails and notifications about all the wonderful things they say Miko can do. I reached out again to let them know that The Miko I purchased for my son doesn't work. All they were obsessed with was how I was charging Miko not the fact that despite how I charged Miko, it would only stay charged for 10 minutes. Then for whatever random reason they wanted a picture of the box. I have the serial number, My subscription information, The registration I filled out, and the purchase information, but for some reason because I don't have the box I can't get help. They made it known that Miko has to be charged with an 18 w adapter but guess what, there's no adapter in the box. All you get is a USB cable. My advice would be to spend a little extra money and look for an AI robot from another company because this is a scam. I paid over $200 and my child has gotten zero use out of Miko. If you look other places you will see other reviews that have had the same frustrations not only with the robot and the app not functioning properly but also with customer support failing to actually support anyone. These are the problems that prevent us from using Miko, but we also experienced all of the issues with setup that I've seen other people have in addition to Miko not staying charged or listening to commands and repeatedly singing songs that nobody asked for. Avoid this toy at all cost.

My kids enjoy asking Miko questions, playing games, and listening to songs. I did not subscribe to to the paid service but there still seems to be a lot to do for free. Set up only took about 10 minutes and requires an app download.

Miko mini has been a great addition to my family. I have a 6yo and 11yonand they both have enjoyed asking Miko questions and also having dance parties with it. Miko does not have a fast processor like Apple products but once my kids got used to waiting for it to process and respond then they were okay using it. I have no complaints and will continue to use Miko to learn new things, male video calls from the app, play games, tell jokes, and have dance parties.

While the concept of this toy is promising, the actual product doesn't quite live up to expectations in my opinion. Despite being marketed as suitable for children up to 10 years old, it seems more appropriate for younger kids, perhaps around 5 years old. The games provided are simple and fail to offer a sustained challenge. Additionally, the setup process can be confusing. It involves downloading a parent app and then signing up for an annual subscription, although there is a 30-day trial period before committing to the subscription. It's worth noting that without the Miko Max subscription, the available content is quite limited.

My 8 year old daughter loves the Miko Mini. She immediately was able to know how to use it. Pairing with my phone was easy and fast. She even gave it a name, my new best companion. She is learning lifelong skills to better master her writing and reading skills.

I've been doing honest reviews for years, and here's this one. This isn't a learning coach, this is not an "AI" robot. Some apps in my phone are even more functional and work as a "smarter"platform more than this. The robot gave me multiple of issues. Didn't turn on even when charged, once it was charged again it turned on just to request to charge it again. Then I started with the setup, setup was going find until it froze. Once I managed in the 3rd attempt the robot required an app in your phone to control it. So at the end the robot itself is just an idea, everything is produced through the app, like a physical projector. In that case how is my kid play without the phone? But that's not all, for better functionality it requires to add your card to start a trail, and yes. Still with the trail... didn't work as intended and froze after some seconds, didnt recognized the phone sometimes (Have a very modern phone and a very nice internet connection and the charger did work) so everything pointed to every error falling into the robot itself and the app. I do not recommend, some quick web searches and will find more issues like this from other users.

The Miko mini is really fun addition to our home. My kids are truly enjoying this little robot. Setup was easy and didn’t take long at all. The parent app is easy to use as well. Some features they are loving is asking it questions about new topics of learning and this is sparking more conversations for us as well. They are also loving the dance feature which is so cute with miko dancing. The space app is really unique and is making learning fun for our kids. This toy is fun for school age kids as I think it is a fun addition to explore what they are learning at school via the various math, space, or history features.
