Two scoops (scoop size is 7.5cc) in a 10-12 oz cup of cold water. Stir until thoroughly dissolved which takes about 30 seconds of stirring. One thing I’ll call out that I like the most is that this has no aspartame in it. There are only 5 calories per serving. Each serving provides 100 mg of caffeine along with 5 grams of amino acids for good muscle support. There are about 30 servings in a container so it will last about a month. The main thing is to ensure you drink at least 100 fl oz of water per day when using this. This gave me about the same energy as two cups of coffee. So it wasn’t too much energy but was just the right amount needed to function without feeling any afternoon drag. Overall a good natural energy that tastes great! Thank you!

There is a seal on the outside and across the entire opening under the lid. The little scoop is adorable and perfect. Mixing wasn't difficult, colder water makes it harder to mix i dont use hot but slifhtly warm and then add ice. The flavor is pretty accurate for juicy strawberry as it is not super sweet had some bitterness to it but it isn't overly bitter or sweet it is actually a good balance! glad I got to try this!
