If you are having trouble keeping your buds from falling The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get the best fit, start by checking the bottom of each earbud for directional marks, where you'll find an "L" for the left earbud and an "R" for the right earbud. Insert the "R" bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and similarly, insert the "L" bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Make sure to angle the earbud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth. You can adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. We hope these tips enhance your experience!     Initial connection was seamless, and the sound is amazing! However, after a few weeks, I started having a problem with one of the earbuds not being recognized by the case, thus not charging. I was able to clean the earbud tip, re-set them to factory settings and get them to work again. In a few short weeks, the same issue happened, only this time I wasn't able to fix it. Samsung support was worthless. I apparently have to travel 40 miles to the nearest shop to have it fixed - I shouldn't have to do this after only a few months, and I don't have any hope this will fix the issue permanently. I only used them approximately 10 times. I am super disappointed. I read other reviews which identified this as an issue but thought that they may have been isolated cases. Don't waste your money...

    Very Disappointing - ANNOYED!

    I had the Buds 2 which I loved. I had them stolen and there were no longer any on sale in my tech stores, online or anywhere other than trade me so I had to "upgrade". I hate the Bud 3 in comparison. The noise cancelling is rubbish, I have to have my music on FULL where the quality sounds average and I can STILL hear exterior music, voices, noises. The shape is very frustrating and gets in the way when trying to do makeup, get ready and they're not even comfortable and don't sit well. Only good thing is I can control both music skipping and volume from the ear bud but even these controls are slightly tricky to use eg. Have to get them just right, in the right place on the bud. They also entirely stopped charging when they apparently had something invisible to the eye on either the charging port or charging pads of the bud. Took me three tries to get the invisible blockage out the way.

    Don't waste your money....

    Initial connection was seamless, and the sound is amazing! However, after a few weeks, I started having a problem with one of the earbuds not being recognized by the case, thus not charging. I was able to clean the earbud tip, re-set them to factory settings and get them to work again. In a few short weeks, the same issue happened, only this time I wasn't able to fix it. Samsung support was worthless. I apparently have to travel 40 miles to the nearest shop to have it fixed - I shouldn't have to do this after only a few months, and I don't have any hope this will fix the issue permanently. I only used them approximately 10 times. I am super disappointed. I read other reviews which identified this as an issue but thought that they may have been isolated cases. Don't waste your money...

    Sound is awesome, still getting used to placeing in ear, without falling. Head is a little bgger than anticipated. May be I might change it to 5 stars once I figure out how to place it in the ear.

The Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types. To help you achieve that optimal fit, make sure you’re placing the buds correctly—check for the directional marks on the bottom: 'L' for your left ear and 'R' for your right ear. We recommend inserting the R bud into your right ear with the 'R' facing you, and the L bud in your left ear similarly. Once they’re in, try angling the blade slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth rather than straight down. This adjustment can significantly enhance your experience!     Ai for these isn't in ear buds. It require a new phone with galaxy ai. Controls are less intuitive than previous models however there are more quick controls available
