Q: It says it's sulfate free but the ingredients it says sodium Laureth sulfate in it I don't understand? Is this sulfate free ?
A: Hello Mo! You're right to question that! While our Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel Cleanser is designed to be gentle, it does contain Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES), which is a type of sulfate. It may have been previously advertised as sulfate-free, but our formulas and ingredient lists are constantly being updated. The most accurate information will always be on the product label or the official La Roche-Posay website. We apologize for any confusion this may cause. If you're looking for a truly sulfate-free cleanser, we recommend exploring other options within our La Roche-Posay portfolio or consulting with a dermatologist to find the best fit for your skin's needs.

Q: This is not really a question but in the description it says fragrance free, unscented, no fragrance added, 3 different times. When i look at the ingredient list it literally says fragrance/parfume.
A: Hi there! Thanks for reaching out about Toleriane Purifying Foaming Facial Wash. We do not add fragrances to any of our products labeled "Fragrance Free", however, some formulas may have a slight scent as a result of the ingredients themselves. We can assure you that our products go through extensive testing to provide the best and safest possible products for our consumers.
