Coming from Germany, I miss the broccoli cream noodles. I was excited seeing these on the shelf and even more excited when the texture was similar to what I know. However, what's with the Stevia Leaf? It already contains brown sugar, the Stevia Leaf is neither needed nor wanted. Please consider updating the recipe to exclude fake sugars. Also, please bring the broccoli cream noodles to the shelves in the US (without Stevia or other fake sugars)

Even after the 2 minutes in the microwave plus 3 minutes of wait time, the noodles were VERY al dente. That’s something I can deal with. The flavor, however, was terrible. I LOVE Pad Thai, but this didn’t come close.

This was a huge waste of money. It's positively disgusting!!! First, I filled to the line, and it overflowed making a mess in the microwave. Let it sit for 3 min. (on a timer) per instructions. Next, Noodles were over cooked and under cooked AT THE SAME TIME. The flakes of peppers, etc. did not cook at all. Finally, it tastes AWEFUL and looks NOTHING like the picture. I took one bite, tried to stir but all of it was in a nasty solid mass, took another bite, spit it out and threw it away. Now can’t get the taste out of my mouth, GROSS! I would give it 4 negative stars if I could.

Gross texture and flavor. Tasted a lot of lime which wasn't bad but the whole thing is a waste of time and money. I couldn't eat it and I normally eat what's in front of me.

I did however like the convent package design which made it easy to pack for a lunch. The texture, was not great. Very soft noodles with pieces of veg mixed in. Overall it was okay. I would purchase, but I would try a different flavor. Perhaps it was just the flavor of this particular variation

This tastes nothing like pad Thai. The cooking instructions are way off - I followed them and the noodles were still hard. I added 30 seconds and the noodles were hard AND gluey, and the vegetables were not cooked at all. I would not buy this again and I'm sorry that I bought two. The packaging design is fine. I can't comment on the ingredient quality because the overall product is so bad. These are also unreasonably priced.

Little touch of rich sweetness from brown sugar. Peppers add a little bit of heat — if this were served at a restaurant I’d order it as “medium”. Good product for a quick snack or lunch side dish.

The flavor was nothing like Pad Thai, and what flavor there was was flat. The texture of the cooked noodles was gummy and quite firm. I guess if you're in a pinch for a quick meal, it would work, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat this.
