Go to www.squaretrade.com 2. Click File a Claim at the top of the page. 3. If you already have an online account, just log in. To create a new account, enter the email address you used when you purchased your protection plan, click Set Up, and follow the instructions. 4. Q: Does my two year plan cover me if I accidentally broke my vacuum handle ?
A: Hello Yami, Thank you for contacting SquareTrade. Our Standard Protection Plan covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use. The issues that we do not cover include misuse, loss or theft, software issues, and any damage to the device. We also do not cover accessories, attachments or additional parts. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information regarding your coverage. You will receive 100% parts and labor coverage up to the original price of the item. We will cover you up to the full price you paid for the item, excluding tax. Each time you file a claim and we repair your item, the total value of the coverage is reduced by the cost of the repair. Coverage lasts for the term of your Protection Plan or until the coverage amount (Item purchase price) of your plan is used up. Q: I just purchased the Fire HD 8 and the product has a 2 year warranty already. If I purchase the square trade, do I get an additional 2 years once the original warranty expires?

A: Hello, Registration is purely optional and can only be completed online. This is a way to provide copies of the purchase receipt so that all this information is available if you need to file a claim further down the road. Don’t worry if you haven't registered yet!
