    A part broke off the inside door of a new .9 cubic foot microwave oven I bought a week after I got it. I wouldn't work anymore, so I contacted the manufacturer. After sending all my reciept, pictures of broken part they review it and denied me. I asked for a supvr and they elevated it and denied it again by email. When called again, the customer service said nothing more she could do. She suggested I return it to Target. I thought about it. But that seemed wrong as the oven was in new condition when Target sold it. And it is not a product that Target makes. So I contacted Allstate and advised them that MFG warranty was a no go. The Allstate rep was courteous. He had to get supervisor approval because it was strange that a microwave broke so soon. I agreed they normally don't. I recieved a check within one week. I never had to use warranty before, but I am glad I do buy them mainly for electronics.

    Purchased the protection plan for my air fryer that happened to randomly stop working last week and is less than a year old. Contacted Allstate and was told I had to contact the manufacturer who has still yet to get back to me. So now I am out an air fryer and I paid for a warranty I could not even use.

    Bought this to cover a mini-fridge for my brother, but he wasn’t allowed to have one. The mini fridge never left the store, it was returned at pick-up, but I can’t return this insurance. I’m now covered for 2 years for something that doesn’t exist.

    I have contact customer service SEVERAL times attempting to resolve the issue with my Power XL. One day while using it, it just stopped working and the heating element stopped working. Have been having nothing but hard times since I have attempted to rectify this issue. The manufacturer wanted me to purchase a whole new lid, KNOWING I have insurance. Completely worthless!!!!!
