It eats up batteries. The price point was excellent, but the amount of money it goes through, will far exceed what it would cost to buy real tea lights or a high quality version.

They aren’t super bright so there really only useful in shorter decor items. I could hardly see the light in taller decor items.
Not Compatible with Remote

I like that these candles have a wax finish, flicker, and overall look pretty realistic. However, a huge flaw that is not clear in the website description that these are not compatible with the other Threshold remote control candles. I ordered a few pillar candles and these tea lights expecting to be able to use the remote for all. If Target at least posted a picture of the back of the packaging where it says whether the candle is remote compatible that would be beneficial. Overall, Threshold really should have made these remote compatible as well.
