I’ve been using 2 capsules a day for over two months now. I am blown away by the results. I am mid 30s and started noticing changes in myself. Nothing too alarming, just different and hard to explain. Anyway, my peach fuzz has minimized, my body feels more energized and curvy (in a good way), my period changed from 26 day cycle to 28. I don’t have period pain typically so I noticed no real change in that. I love the results so far!

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16, I’m now 21 and have had irregular periods since then. I have other symptoms of PCOS but my periods have been priority concern bc I wouldn’t get my period for months unless I took my birth control daily. I wanted to get off birth control, it didn’t feel right taking it for so long but I need an alternative to help with my periods. I hadn’t had my period for 3 months. I took these the first day AND IM NOT KIDDING GOT MY PERIOD THE NEXT MORNING! Idk what kind of magic is in these but it is all worth it for me.

Each serving is 3 pills at one time daily. So even though it has 90 capsules, you realistically have only 30 servings in a bottle. So one of these bottles will last only a month since a month averages at 30 days. No one wants to take 3 horse pills (these pills are pretty big) at one time. See image size comparison of Flo’s pill to Cantrum’s daily women’s vitamin pill. In addition, no one wants to have to rebuy their supplements monthly. Most daily supplements come with enough pills for a 3 month supply in a bottle. With Flo being about $37 a bottle and needing to buy them monthly, it would cost $444 (without tax) to maintain taking this supplement each year. In contrast, most other women’s daily vitamins are 1/3 the cost. Dear O Positiv brand. Your serving size (too many and too large), price (too costly to maintain), service user experience (having to buy monthly), and user experience (having to take 3 pills at a time) all need improvement. Cute pink branding can only take you so far. Better experience and cost will drive customer loyalty and new customer intrigue. Ways to improve: 1. Condense this supplement into a one daily serving capsule so that people can just take one pill a day (or even drop it down to 2 pills daily). 2. Maintain bottle pill totals to still have at least 90 pills in a container and ideally provide a 3 month supply in a single bottle. 3. Include the other supplement added benefits from your endocrine dietary powder into this daily ovarian support supplement to make it more worthwhile to take. Regardless of the benefits I may enjoy from this supplement, for the reasons noted above I will be searching elsewhere for a better brand with a similar supplement.

I am 38 years old and have PCOS. I have never had regular menstrual cycles, going months at time without a cycle. Since being on flo several months back, I have a cycle every 27 days! Not even birth control gave regular cycles like this. It's a love hate relationship :joy:

I have been one to struggle with my cycle my entire life. After about 4 months of taking the FLO pills I was able to regulate my cycle and get pregnant thanks to being able to keep track of my ovulation. These pills definitely work.

After decades of clockwork-regularity (27-28 days), my cycle became irregular a few years ago in my late-ish 30s - sometimes shorter (like 16 days), sometimes longer (like 35), just like being an adolescent again and never knowing when to expect it. Awful. Decided to try Flo Ovarian support, and my cycle became much more regular again (now like 25-28 days). Been taking this for most of 2024 and it's still helping. I'm pretty skeptical about most supplements, so this was a pleasant surprise! I also feel like my weight is more responsive to diet/exercise than before, but I can't say for sure. I don't love taking 3 pills every day, or paying for it, but it's been worth it for me.

Six weeks after having a polyp and fibroid removed the heavy, nonstop bleeding returned. I've taken Flo for eight months and now have light periods. I wish I had tried this first. It's the only supplement that I make sure to take every day.

I love this product I’m on my second bottle and can tell the difference. When my cycle on I don’t cramp much since I’ve been taking them. Also don’t have a lot of breakouts when it’s on or about to come on. Try to get my cycle regular and fertility up. So that I can try for a baby.

I have been taking for about 3-4 weeks now. It made my period come later than usual. I didn’t have issues with getting my cycle it usually be on time or either one day late if that. This time it came 3 days late which gave me false hoping thinking i had finally conceived. I got these to help with cramps and blood flow. I can say i didnt have any cramps like i usually would and the blood was much lighter. I am currently still taking them so i will give an update in a few weeks when my cycle is due again.

Stress and possibly peri onset had my period wonky. Late, heavy and painful, but never skipped. 2 days after starting FLO, I started my late period. 30 days after I was on time and a fairly normal period and 60 days... I started on the 28th day. No weird spotting, just a normal and minimal cramps period. I hope it keeps up because this past period was the most normal period out of 41 yrs of have a period.
