I’ve been using this for around a year or so and have definitely seen major improvement in my KP. It’s very moisturizing but can leave you feeling a little bit sticky/greasy for a little while (especially before bed). i haven’t noticed any irritation using it even using it 2-3 times a day. the new formula also works well, but i liked how the old formula felt and smelled on my skin (less greasy and smelled like coffee beans. now it smells like nothing which i guess is okay) which is the reason for only 4 stars. overall it’s great. i sometimes use a salicylic acid lotion as well from a different brand and it’s helped keep my KP at bay and keeps my skin extremely moisturized. Thank you AmLactin!

The only cream that has worked, only drawback is the smell. I’m really happy with the product 🥰 The first two days in use it already made visual progress. I’ve been using it for half a year and my bumps are almost gone. Not afraid to show my arms now.

The packaging is really cute, and while it does not hold a lot, it holds more than you think. I have noticed the KP on my arms really decrease since using this product. That's why I waited so long to review this, I wanted to make sure it actually really work. Furthermore, it does not smell. Which is always good.

Like many other people mentioned, this lotion has a strong maple syrup type smell that LINGERS. It's a thick lotion that leaves you feeling tacky. I put it on about 7pm and my arms were still tacky feeling and smelly when I went to bed about 11pm. The directions said to apply twice a day, which means you will constantly smell like maple syrup and have tacky feeling arms. I'm just not sure I can get over that... The directions also say to wear sunblock during and a week after use because one of the ingredients makes you more likely to sunburn. I used this about 4 times and saw an increase in bumps on my arms. So... I can't recommend. Mostly because of the smell and feel

I’m struggling to keep up with applying this product because it smells SO MUCH like maple syrup. You will walk around smelling like a stack of pancakes for at minimum an hour. Otherwise my KP has improved some, but the smell is just really overbearing.

Not only that but it is very thick and difficult to rub in, almost like really thick old school sunscreen that turns your skin completely white until you can finally get it to absorb. It also has a fairly strong smell, to me it smells like fenugreek, or maple syrup, not the worst smell in the world but definitely not what I’m going for. I’m giving it 2 stars because it does leave your skin fairly moisturized, but not worth it to me.

The cream is very thick and you have to rub it in really well but once it is all rubbed it, it keeps you moisturized all day. I love the smell of this too it’s almost like a caramel or coffee smell. I like to put it on straight out of the shower before bed since it does recommend staying out of the sun for a bit after use.

I did take a break from using and the bumps returned so that is something to consider. But overall I was very impressed with the results and ease of use! The smell is a little bit odd (like oatmeal) and the texture a bit sticky but neither of which were bothersome.
After one use I noticed a large difference

She is notorious for not applying lotion consistently; she reported hydrated skin for as long as 72 hours! It says unscented but has a mild scent that dissipates quickly. It also absorbs quickly especially for how long it lasts. We decided to use it on just one arm as an experiment. She doesn’t have KP which it’s advertised for but we suspected the 15% lactic acid would go a long ways towards her serious dryness. And it more than proved its worth! She’s obsessed with how it’s improved the crêpiness of her skin and says it took a decade off her arm. I’m off to buy the biggest bottle I can for her ❤️❤️❤️
