But, it is extremely hard to use it is not like any other coffee machine. I love the concept of being able to get hot filtered water and cold filtered water this machine can be really handy I just wish it was simpler, it took me a very long time to get it to brew coffee even with the instructions. The instructions are not very descriptive. Overall though this machine is not bad at all and still makes a nice coffee it’s just very different from any other coffee machine I’ve used and I’ve owned many…. I also LOVE coffee so I was very excited to review this machine.

The touchscreen makes customizing my drink and breeze, and it love that this unit has a water filter that's included. The water boils up super quickly whether I'm looking to make a coffee or tea/hot cocoa for the kiddos. Easily my favorite unit on my kitchen counter currently!

My kids love it to make hot chocolate. It has a self cleaning option and it reminds you to clean it. It has its own filtration system so the water you pour into it is always filtered. Replacement filters don't cost too much. Just a very convenient coffee machine. I do recommend.

I’ve mostly used it for tea as the weather gets colder, but it’s super convenient to have an all-in-one device that makes coffee and gives hot, filtered water for tea and quick meals. The coffee tastes good and is consistent- hopefully the water filters last a while, but replacing those are the only upkeep cost. It’s fairly low profile and saves a lot of counter space, and looks sleek and beautiful in the kitchen too. This is a solid choice if you’re looking for an efficient, elegant multifunctional solution.

It’s nice and sleek and fits in great to our kitchen. It’s very easy to clean and also fill the water holder in the back. I like that it has a cleaning button as well and tells you when you need to use it too. The different temperature options and volumes are great as well. There are so many options on this device without being too overwhelming which is always a plus.

There are fairly simple instruction on how to make coffee. The device itself is fairly compact, made strong, works well, simply maintained, and super quiet. It looks great in my kitchen.

Pro's: Huge water tank Reasonably priced replaceable water filters should last a few months before changing. Precise water temperature options. Plently of Coffee size options Makes a decent cup of coffee. Optional Heated Plate Con's Large Can not disable the lock feature. Does not come with an extra replacement water filter. Does not come with any size 4 coffee filters or reusable coffee filter. Coffee canister is glass. Must read directions to properly understand how to use appliance. More expensive than other similar products. Overall, it works as it's supposed to. The lock feature is quite annoying for someone without small children running around. Wish that could be disabled. It won't replace my everyday coffee maker. But it will work perfectly for my camper. With the filter water options, it will save me time and effort. It's large but it will replace my kettle on the counter.

It's the ultimate kitchen appliance and is very versatile. You can brew coffee, and a cup of tea with no residual flavors! It features 7 variable coffee settings, touch screen activation, and has an easy to fill removable water tank. I really like that it makes hot drinks in under a minute. I think it's great that it has a kettle and filter pitcher in one that reduces impurities, chlorine, and odor as well. The quality of this machine is superb and it's built very well. Everyone I've made coffee for so far has said it's the best tasting home made coffee they've ever had. It's more than a coffee maker, it's your station for everything water! I highly recommend it.

The coffee maker makes the best tasting cup of coffee I have ever had! It’s so easy to use. You simply fill the water tank in the back of the machine, put a filter in and fill with how ever much coffee you need for your desired settings, press the button, and in a few minutes you have an amazing cup of coffee. It comes with a 30 day filter that makes the water taste great. I really like that it doesn’t require being hooked up to plumbing. The hot water feature is perfect for tea or anything else you need hot water for. It works so fast, you just push the button and 30 seconds latter you have your desired amount of water at whatever temperature you choice. The digital buttons allow you to simply choose the size and temperature you want, so a hot cup or pot of coffee is just a couple button pushes away. My daughter uses the iced coffee setting and she has a perfect cup every time. This has saved me so much money because she actually prefers making her iced coffee at home now because she says it tastes so much better. I even use this machine to filter my tap water and fill up a pitcher that I then let cool and place in the fridge for drinking water. This machine has already paid for itself and I’ve reduced the amount of plastic water bottles I’m using tremendously. The only feature that I feel is missing is a delayed start button. I am use to having my coffee brewed and ready when I wake up, but the machine is so fast all I really have to wait is about a minute. This machine is beautifully designed and looks great setting on my countertop. This is impotent to me because I want my coffee maker displayed since I use it everyday. It's very simple to clean too. You just rinse everything clean. A light comes on when the filter needs changed also. I highly recommend the Aqua Coffee & Hot Drinks Maker for every coffee or tea lover. It’s so versatile and easy to use. You will save money by making your coffee at home and it taste better too!

We have a smaller kitchen and lack a lot of counter space, so having dual functions is a plus for us. Since there’s only one coffee drinker in the family, it’s a nice feature to be able to pre set the amount to brew so we don’t waste any coffee or brew too much. The instant hot water feature is nice for making oatmeal, hot chocolate and cooking. I love that it can go in the dishwasher , that’s always a plus. So far we’ve been loving it!! And it looks very sleek and stylish on our counter, looks very expensive.

It has a sleek design that would suite any coffee station and makes the most amazing cup of steaming hot tea. The carafe is true quality and easy to clean. My only complaint would be I wish they included coffee filters with the product so that I could have enjoyed some coffee right away. The lid on the carafe is also slightly hard to lock/unlock/open. Other than that amazing product overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually a beautifully made machine! It is absolutely ginormous, but for good reasons as it holds a lot of water! It is not heavy at all! The goldish bronze accents are stunning! It can make coffee and heat water for tea. The buttons are easy to use and I love that it has a cleaning feature and child lock! On top is a removable rubber hot pad to place under pots of coffee or anything else hot to avoid heat damage to counters and tables. In comparison to our Ninja coffee maker that we only use for grounded hot coffee, this Aqua Optima machine is far more advanced and nice! And best of both worlds, since my husband likes coffee and I like tea! Truly worth the money! This is an amazing investment piece!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker will make you THE BEST cup of coffee you’ve ever made at home. We used the same coffee in our Bunn coffee maker and did a side by side comparison and the Aqua Optima made a smooth cup of coffee that you would get at a coffee shop. Coffee aside the hot water function is great for parents needing the perfect temp to make that baby bottle or have hot water for that perfect cup of tea. Couple things about the design though, the add on platform would be great BUT we use tall coffee cups here and they don’t fit plus there isn’t anyplace to store it on the machine to keep it near by. Also, the coffee filter in the carafe thing…it MUST be taken out before pouring your cup of coffee out of the carafe otherwise you’ll have grounds in your cup of coffee. It does take about 7 minutes to brew 10 cups of coffee so it isn’t the fastest coffee maker either.
