I love the look of this machine and coffee flavor it produces. However, it's noisier than expected. I've also had problems with coffee grounds bubbling over and spilling into the pot while brewing. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the machine.

We're glad to hear you're pleased with your new coffee maker. There is a beep at the completion of the brewing cycle. This is normal. This beep cannot be adjusted or turned off. As far as the coffee grounds bubbling over, we recommend referring to page 6 of the owner's manual for guidance. We want to assist with the issues you are having with your coffee maker. This model has no heater/warming plate under the thermal carafe. The coffee stays hot due to the vacuum seal thermal carafe. The thermal carafe retains the heat of the coffee for a minimum of 1 hour after brewing. Once done brewing the unit will shut off as the carafe is made to keep it warm without further assistance from the appliance itself. I bought this coffee maker to replace a different brand that had the most poorly designed carafe that leaked or dribbled when pouring coffee. I can already tell this unit is far superior in design and features!

Well, this is my second day of using the Drip ☕️ Maker. Like most products currently theirs a few good as well as bad. The good is a hot up of ☕️! The Thermal Carafe is a plus! But it comes at a lose of ☕️, not all comes out without spill. And the Brewing of ☕️ is a little 🐌. To be Continued....

Overall an average coffee maker. It brews well but the main reason I purchased this one was the thermal carafe. It’s difficult to pour all the water into the coffee maker and obviously pour all the coffee into a mug. No issues at the start and middle of the pour. Most importantly, the carafe doesn’t hold the coffee hot as long as I would like it to.

Very good brew. Timer worked perfectly. We are quite happy with the coffee maker. We hope to keep this as long as we have our toaster, which is 54 years old and still workers as good as when we received it for a wedding gift. Happy that it included a gold basket filter.
