A: That is a good question! Bottles and flip top caps are recyclable where facilities exist, while the 1fl oz bottle, pumps, and pouch are not recyclable. Hope you have a beautiful rest of your day!

I used this product almost 20 years and used to give it 4 or 5 stars — BUT the “new formula,” which I should have researched before buying, has Pelargonium graveolens flower oil — which is GERANIUM. Something myself and many people are sensitive to, as it’s quite a powerful scent even in nature, never mind concentrated into an oil. I’m going to contact customer service for a refund or coupon. I will have to switch to Calm & Restore formula and hope it doesn’t have a strong smell!

The product formulation has changed and now has a very “perfumy” smell. I still have some of the previous formulation and there is a distinct difference between them. The former doesn’t smell but the latter does. Photos of I ngredient lists included. The one with “Sodium Laurel Sulfate” is the old formulation.

Baught a refill after running out and right away noticed the product is thinner and clearer. Then this unscented soap, that admittedly used to have a slight smell of bread dough, smells more fragrant then most shampoos. I’ve also noticed my itchy skin is back after using the new and not improved formula. Can no longer recommend and will be on the hunt again.

It smells like an industrial solvent! It is so drying! I have used the no fragrance aveeno for over 10yrs due to my sensitive skin. I am so sad that I have to find a different soap and I had wasted money on a restock of it for my household. So disappointed!

I know the formula just went through a major change, but I didn’t hate it. Totally understand why so many people do, there’s definitely a scent to it now that could be unpleasant for some. My issue is that they finally had a refill size, and I bought about a half dozen of them, and then, poof! It’s gone. What’s the point? Just weird business decisions. Guess I’ll look to another brand. I would normally recommend this product, but I can’t right now, because you can’t find it anywhere! Aveeno used to be so reliable, they were the experts in clean, sensitive skin care. Lately, I’m not sure what’s going on.

So they made a huge deal about having the refill size and in less then 18 months they got rid of it. Can't find it anywhere and even the site lists no sellers. Wow. Ok well that sucks. The product it's self is great not having the refill size is dumb.

Ive been using this body wash alone for over 6 years now As soon as i opened the “new formula” one i immediately knew something was different. Chemical smell and makes my skin feel so dry. I really hope i can find a new bodywash that can compare to aveenos skin relief old formula.

The new formula is awful. I was convinced that my husband somehow got our shower cleaner in into the bottle. They have added scent to this soap and it now smells like chemicals. It’s so bad. I called the manufacturer number because I thought it was a bad batch, but have come to find out that this is the “new formula”. Stay away or buy the other body washes they smell much better.

I have very sensitive skin and Aveeno fragrance free body wash and one other brand (formulated for babies) is the only body wash I am able to use. I've used Aveeno for as long as I can remember. They recently changed the formula and it now has an odd chemical-like smell - this is supposed to be fragrance free. With the first use, I developed a yeast infection, and l now have go to another brand. Why change a formula when you have a tried and true product?

I loved this product so much. I’ve recommended it a lot to my friends and family. I swore by this body wash and have bought it for years. It all changed when they came out with the ‘New Formula’. I tied to like it. But from the first time I used it it was terrible. I gave it some time to see if I liked it but it’s terrible. It’s supposed to be scent less but it smells like cleaning products. It is so foul. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this new formula. I’m extremely upset that my favorite body wash is gone. So unfortunate. I’m on the look for a different brand. Hopefully I find something as good as the original.

I've been buying this product for years, because I like for all my skin and body care products to be unscented. Clearly, something has changed with this product, because this time around, I immediately noticed that there was a scent to it. And not only is this body wash no longer fragrance-free, the fragrance it now has smells very chemical. And the smell lasts on my skin for a couple of hours after showering! I don't understand why Aveeno would change the formula for this product to the point where it no longer serves the purpose that kept many people (like me) re-purchasing it and using it exclusively for years.

Purchased this without realizing it said “New Formula”. I am allergic to most fragrances so I always used this body wash because it was fragrance free. Even though this says fragrance free, the “New Formula” is sadly not fragrance free. I used it once and didn’t seem to have a reaction to the fragrance but in my opinion the fragrance doesn’t smell good. Really loved the previous formula. It was gentle on my skin and fragrance free. I will probably be returning this “New Formula” and searching for a new body wash.

Just bought this the other day not noticing the "New Formula" stamp on the front....I was instantly hit with some sort of fragrance that definitely lingers on my skin way after my shower. I was happy to find a body wash that totally worked for my skin and unfortunately I think I'm going to have to find something else to use now. Bummer. Bring back old formula, please.

I bought this body wash because the body wash I was using was not moisturizing enough in the winter time. It was leaving my skin dry and itchy. So I bought this Aveeno skin relief body wash. When I first used it I was surprised when the body wash was clearish in color and not a white creamy liquid. It lathered up well, not as sudsy as other body washes though. It definitely took my dry skin and itchiness away.

New formula is terrible. It smells like perfume and skin doesn’t feel clean afterward! I have eczema and the previous formula was so soothing, the new formula is already making me break out. I really wish they’d bring the old formula back.
