A: Thank you for your inquiry. You can find answers to these questions by reviewing the link to our manual below. You want to fill up the water inside the warmer until it reaches the same level as the frozen breast milk. You can then click on the cold button until the LCD screen displays "F" and then select steady warm. A: Hi Heather, Our Baby Brezza Bottle + Breast Milk warmer will fit most baby bottles. Odd shape or off brand bottles may not fit. We've tested our warmers with Dr. Browns, Comotomo, Philips Avent and others. If you have a specific bottle in mind, please let us know by calling our Customer Care team.

Bought a Super fast portable bottle warmer plugged it in, and never got a charging indicator light. Figured it may just have to charge for bit. Has been attempted to charge a total of 7 hours on three chargers that charge other devices. Won't turn on or do anything.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the bottle & breastmilk warmer. It should be warming your milk to the correct temperature. The settings on the back of the device are more of a guideline. If your not getting the temperature you desire, try adjusting the setting up or down to find the one that works best for you and your bottle type.
