Q: This unit must stay plugged in to keep water at temp and on for the water to stay at the desired temp?

A: Yes as long as the Instant Warmer is plugged in, it will maintain the desired temperature 24/7 and let you dispense warm water on demand. If you unplug the unit and then replug it back in, it takes about 10 minutes to warm up the entire tank.

This is a great product.. when it works.. My son is six months old and I'm already on my second Baby Brezza Instant Warmer. Randomly, the first one stopped working and would no longer warm the water, through warranty I was sent a replacement 2 months ago. Now the replacement is doing the same thing. The dispenser is utilized and cleaned as instructed in the pamphlet. It's unfortunate, because it really is super helpful when it's functioning properly.

We wanted a easy option for bottles, and this has been great! Super fast to make a bottle, even in the middle of the night. We went with this vs the formula dispenser due to less cleaning and we knew there was a consistent amount of formula powder dispensed.
