A: Thank you for your inquiry. Use warm, soapy water and a bottle brush to thoroughly clean the inside of the stainless steel cup. Make sure the brush reaches the bottom to remove any residue. Cleaning the Lid: Soak the lid in warm, soapy water. Gently wipe it clean using a sponge or soft cloth. Cleaning the Exterior Wipe the outer surface of the warmer using a damp, soft cloth. Avoid getting any moisture into the electronic components or ports. Important Safety Notes: Do NOT use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they can damage the unit. Do NOT immerse the warmer in water or any other liquids. Do NOT place any parts of the warmer in the dishwasher.

My child has a corn allergy so can only take RTF formula and once open has to be refrigerated, the hottest setting on this warmer doesn't even begin to warm a chilled bottle. I'm always on the go for my 4yo and needed a way to heat bottles,for $100 you'd expect better.

We absolutely LOVE this bottle warmer. We just had our second baby who is not strictly formula fed. We put water in the warmer to bring with us for formula. Love that I can heat just water and doesn’t make a mess. Warms super fast! This is hands down the best warmer. We hated the portable one we had for our first baby. After a ton of research we went with this one and it does not disappoint. It’s also super easy to use and clean. Don’t hesitate, buy it! Worth every penny!

Not worth the buy. I wouldn’t buy this, not for this price. I was looking for something to quickly warmup my babies milk and even the highest setting for me was lukewarm. Also to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit you have to press the button where you charge it- this isn’t in the instruction manual. The one I have may be a dud. The battery life absolutely sucks. You also can’t use it if it’s charging. I have a different bottle warmer that you can use while it’s charging still. Overall the idea is good but unless I just got a dud it didn’t work well for me. I also contacted baby brezza about it and they never bothered to help. So save your money and get something cheaper on amazon.

Regarding the temperature settings, the manual does explain how to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit on page 3, so this step may have been overlooked. We also note that, as with many portable warmers, the unit is not designed for use while charging, and battery life is optimized for portability. Pros: Love that it’s portable and I love the lid and how easy it is to pour. Cons: the batter is the worst. It takes 24hrs for it fully charge…it only takes 3 bottles for it die. The math is not mathing 😅 . It does take a while actually, I have to do my bottles at 102 degrees, in the time it takes for the bottle to warm up I could have just put it under tap water and. So it’s not SUPER fast. Definitely not 2 minutes. It’s fine for traveling..unless you’re going to be out all day.

We understand your concerns regarding the 24-hour charging time and the limited number of bottles per charge, as well as the warming time not being as fast as advertised. Please note that our warmer is designed to handle up to 18 watts of charging power. If you connect it to a laptop or a 5-watt power brick, the charging time will be significantly slower than expected. As for the amount of bottles you can warm on a full charge, will vary depending on the temperature of the starting liquid. We state 8 bottles at 6 ounces can be warmed from room temp to body temp. If you are using refrigerated liquid, or warming higher than body temp, it will reduce the amount of bottles that can be warmed. . Your feedback helps us improve our offerings and will share such with our team.

I really like this but please make a lid or cap to cover the top opening. It is unsanitized to have the lip be exposed in the open. I have to clean it before pouring out water from it as it collects dust and all sorts of dirt from carrying it around.

I used this for the first time while I was over a friend’s house. I was excited to preorder this but after using it for one day, I can’t see myself relying on this unit and that is costly for the price. I am hesitant just washing the portable bottle warmer with just soap and water since all my other baby items are sterilized so I tried to prep premade formula using the formula pro and putting it into breast milk bags. The bags require water in the portable bottle warmer. It became annoying and difficult (if I didn’t prepare in advance lots of paper towels) while having to make sure none of the water from the warming unit got into the sterilized bottle when removing the warmed milk out of the bag. The portable warmer should just have a non bpa plastic sleeve disposable insert for you to put in formula without having to worry about cleaning the unit. That would make this device truly portable.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago due how fast it warms and how long the battery lasts. The battery life actually sucks. It says it can warm 8 - 6 oz bottles on a single charge. Mine only lasts for 3 - 4 oz bottles. I don’t know how there is such a huge discrepancy. But nightly disappointing.

We had tried a couple different bottle warmer options, and ultimately found this little travel one to be the most convenient for the largest variety of situations - whether you're at home, traveling, staying at a relative's, etc, this warmer just works. At home, we especially found it helpful for our night time feeds. Only reason I don't feel it's worth 5 stars is because the battery life isn't super impressive. It chewed through half its battery life in about 2 warmings for us (and that was used to warm 4 ounces of formula from fridge tenperatures). We haven't tested it to see how long it will go until it completely dies, but based on our experience so far, it seems like it will underperform based on the claims they make with regards to battery life.

We thought we could use this on the plane to warm baby Breastmilk but unfortunately TSA agent said no, so we had to toss out. My daughter never got to use it. Good idea but didn’t work out as planned. Only gave one star due to being unable to use.

Upon review, we want to assure you that our travel warmer has a power rating of 37 watt-hours, which is well under the 100 watt-hours allowed by TSA for carry-on items. Based on TSA guidelines, it should generally be permitted for travel. From what you’ve described, it sounds like this may have been the result of a particular TSA agent's decision. I bought this about 2 months ago when it was a pre-order, it took a bit to receive it but the wait was worth it. It’s perfect for us who are on the go on the weekends. My husband coaches baseball for kids during the weekends, this has saved us from carrying formula cans and the disposable bottle ones all the time. Saves me space and weight. I love it! It’s also great when the power goes out, I always make sure my baby brezza is charged and have a backup power bank, in case. During the power outage I am able to use it, when I can’t use our baby brezza formula dispenser. Don’t hesitate on getting this, it’s a great product to have.

It has been a game changer to warm up my son’s milk in a variety of settings: our room in the middle of the night, quick lunch feeds with a babysitter, on the go in the car and on an airplane. We use it multiple times a day. It is sleek, compact, and simple to use. I love how fool proof it is to select safe milk temperatures. The 360 degrees pour spout makes it simple to pour when rushed or with full hands. It also heats up pretty quickly (unless you have a screaming baby in your arms!). Theres a few things I wish were a bit better but none would keep me from using or recommending: longer battery life (have to charge daily), ounce measurements within the warmer (only a max fill line), ability to fully empty without having to tip completely upside down. Anyone bottle feeding their baby should have this! Thank you to Stellar Panel for providing me with this product.

A previous travel warmer that I purchased was glass and I made a mess of it because it had two openings with way more pieces. This Baby Brezza warmer is not complex and I would trust my husband to use without wasting precious milk. The warmer is simple and so easy to use! My hungry baby did not have to wait long for the milk so it was definitely a win! The product is a tad on the heavier side but not a deal breaker for me. My lil babe uses breast milk and formula so the warmer is so versatile in warming up both liquids! I could even warm up some warm water if I wanted tea on the go! The warmer helps alleviate any worry about how I’m going to heat up my babes next feed or trying to rush home. I enjoyed the warmer being one complete system (for cleaning purposes) and easy to use! This warmer is an absolute godsend, my daughter refuses to drink room temperature milk, and when you’re on the go, it’s difficult to have warm milk readily and this made being out all day very easy. It holds a total of 9 oz, and the best part was that it warmed the milk in less than 5 min. I liked that to turn it on you have to hold the power button for a total of three seconds, and it counts down, so it doesn’t turn on with something in the diaper bag pressing the button accidentally. The best part is the cleanup is extremely easy. It does weigh a bit, but with what it does it is to be expected.

Upon receiving the product I was excited it is the size of a travel mug, battery operated, and came with a provided USB cord to charge while on the go. We tested the product by warming up breastmilk (previously frozen) and water for formula for our three month old and the temperature was always perfect. It has multiple temperature settings to choose from, and option for Celsius or Fahrenheit that is very easy to switch between. The ease of use, long battery life, and how easy it is to clean has earned in my opinion top ratings!

The best part is that I can always have the warmer with me, including in the car. The warmer was very user-friendly, it gives you the information digitally on the warmer which makes it quite easy to understand. I think the warming time was excellent as it brought the milk to a perfect temperature each time it was utilized. I cannot reiterate how much I love the fact that this is not only travel size but the fact that it does not require a plug-in, can be used on the move, and its just as effective as your traditional bottle warmer. This makes road trips or even simple trips a breeze. The fact that it’s portable is the biggest selling point. Even though it’s portable it does not lose its effectiveness. I would recommend this to all the moms I know!

I use to carry around a thermos of hot water which was heavy and bulky so it made it harder to heat bottles up as I couldn’t carry it around everywhere. This warmer is very compact making it easy to fit in the diaper bag or stroller if you need it while out and about. It is very user friendly with only a few buttons which keeps things simple. It doesn’t take it very long to heat up a bottle! I also love that it warms bottles evenly and doesn’t just make the bottle hot and leave the milk cold. If this is fully charged you can use this multiple times making it great for long days out or trips. This has made my life so much easier and I couldn’t picture our outings without it now!
