I have had this sweeper for four years and really liked it. Would have rated five stars before today. While cleaning the exterior, I noticed a cut in the bottom hose. After some time trying to remove the bottom plate to get to the hose, I realized the bottom plate nor the hose could be removed and replaced. In the thrash it goes, along with the five stars. Very very disappointing. Still upset and not sure if I will replace it with another Bissell.

Worked great. However, roller housing heated up and melted. Roller siezed up in vacum head holder.

For a vacuum of this price, I would expect it to last for residential use. We bought it around Christmas last year for a two bedroom apartment, and the spinner attachment does not fit the case surrounding the brush. That means every time we try to use it spins against the plastic for fast that it burns and leaves marks on the carpet. Also you need to unravel the whole cord to use the handheld attachment which is just inconvenient.

BUY IT!! My review is NOT paid for, and I will give you my honest opinion. I have had multiple vacuums and even the nicest of high-end when it comes to robot vacuums and nothing compares to this! When I tell you, I vacuumed immediately after running my very expensive Bob vacuum. I went over this one area twice and was disgusted with how much dog hair I was able to pick up , proof is in the photo. This thing leaves lines in your carpet and will get everything out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this vacuum a little over a year ago and it worked great for the first several months. The last few months the brush roller head has been giving us issues. We have cleaned this vacuum regularly and disassembled the head to clean out debris, but noticed one side of the roller is beginning to "melt"??!! It has since begun to make an awful noise when using and the roller head on the "melted" side is now breaking apart. I see in other user reviews this is an ongoing issue. If Bissell would fix this issue, I would rate this product at a 5+ for the suction power, ease of use, and the ability to go under furniture. I love it except the roller brush has defective/faulty mechanics. FIX THE BRUSH!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have to write this on the corded version of the product I actually have (Cleanview Pet Slim Cordless 2903 Series) has been discontinued and no longer has reviews. I received my product as a gift at Christmas 2022 (purchased December 11, 2022). It stopped working mid cleaning session on August 3, 2024 so should still be covered by the 2 year limited warranty. It is presenting a solid red light on all the lights in the display, which the manual says is a battery issue and you must contact customer support for help. And surprising probably no one you cannot get through to a person on the customer support call line. If you choose to leave your number and be called back they don't call you back (tried three different days at different times of day) and you can't submit an "email" contact through their online form because that gives you an error message when you try to submit it and there is no way around the error it presents. Why spend the money on a product that can't even make it two years and for which there is absolutely no customer support.

I was a bit disappointed, after watching some YouTube video reviews, I thought It would come with the smaller air-powered brush, and realized that it doesn't come with the Vacuum anymore more. It is available as an accessory however, so I ordered one.
