Q: I have had this vacuum for a few months & it will not suction properly anymore… will at times spit back out what it just vacuumed. Has anyone else had this issue or have any suggestions? I have cleaned out the filter, etc.
A: Make sure brush, hose, all filters are clean... might be tome to replace filter especially if you been vacuuming lot of dirt/ dust...
submitted byKatie03 - 4 months agoA: I have had several of these vacuums still do but the hair clogs them up quick! I use a wood skewer to pull the hair out from behind the roller brushes - it's a drag but when it's not clogged up it works great!

Q: Do you have to hold the button the whole time your vacuuming?
A: Basically yes. There's a button to turn it on, but it's about as powerful as sucking up dirt with a drinking straw, so you have to hold the button for "extra power" down the whole time.
submitted byLilikit89 - 3 years agoA: I don't always use the "extra power" and it seems to suck things up just fine. We live on a farm with lots of dirt. It's honestly not too bad.
submitted byDH - 2 years agoA: I don't ever use the button and it sucks up all of our Husky dog's hair just fine!

Q: Can you suggest a bracket to attach to the wall to hold the unit?
A: It's cheaper model thus doesn't have one... some vacuums fold n this one doesn't which makes things a bit difficult...
submitted byKatie03 - 4 months agoA: This vacuum doesn't have a wall bracket available.

Q: Just got this vacuum. We noticed the roller stopped on a particular rug. It is not blocked and roller freely moves when not on. Can yo explain why?
A: We would like to inform you that this unit works great on most carpets, and rugs however, it may struggle with some high/plush pile carpets.
submitted byShark Support Team - 1 year agoBrand expertA: Rug probably too high pile... I be getting a diffrent model...

Q: Is this product is light and it is not heavy? Does this product is working well? It will suction all dirt and solid items. Please advise. I would like to know before I can buy it.
A: It is super lightweight. I love it for that reason and because it works so well. If you have lots or solids to pick up the booster lever helps a lot.
submitted bycarolskinnywrap - 1 year agoA: You gotta pick up all big garbage before vacuuming... so anything bigger then a cheerio probably it will get stuck...

Q: Will it stand on its own when not in use
A: We would like to let you know that this unit will not stand up on its own. It would need to be leaned against something or you can remove the handheld from the wand and store it on the storage hook where the bottom of the wand connects to the floor nozzle.
submitted byShark Support Team - 1 year agoBrand expertA: no it doesn't. It has to lean on something

Q: How honest are these reviews
A: All my answers are 100% honest. I've owned mine for 1 1/2 years and thinking of getting another one. I've gone through literally 8 vacuums before this one. I love it!
submitted bycarolskinnywrap - 1 year agoA: I have had my vacuum for over a year and use multiple times a day! I have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 4 kids! I have one of these vacuums on each level of my home. I have no carpet all LVP. Fabulous vacuum! Came back to order another one for my basement.
