Terrible Suction. Left my carpet wet. Had an older hand held Bissell machine which was great, but then started leaking the solution out before I could apply it. Definitely would not recommend this model unless they can fix this problem with Inadequate suction!

Max battery life is 15min. You have to manually scrub it and then it sucks it up- except the suction is trash and it hardly sucks anything. Cheaper and as effective to buy a scrub brush and roll of paper towels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spot cleaner is pretty fantastic, which is a feat in itself, as most lack in one way or another. Firstly, I love the portability and easy-to-handle design. Many cleaners are so bulky that using them is more work and less results. Other handheld units are not technically portable, and are connected to a cord. This Bissell Pet Stain Eraser is not only cordless, but ergonomically designed for easy, non-strenuous use. Secondly, the unit does a great job spot cleaning pet and kid messes. We've went a step further and used it to clean an entire microfiber couch. The wetvac reservoir is the easiest to rinse clean that I have ever encountered. I love that no extra water is required to mix the formula, which is ready to pour directly into the unit. Lastly, the unit charges fairly quickly. We were able to charge it for approximately 15 minutes to get enough time to emergently spot clean 4 carpet areas before needing to charge again. The reason I have deducted one star is because the unit does loose battery quite quickly when fully charged. I let it charge overnight and only got about 10 minutes of continued use. So it would appear that it gets longer life on a shorter charge (design flaw?). This is the only flaw we have found with the unit thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a 6 month old who just started solids and a senior dog, so our house and rugs are constantly in need of vacuuming due to dropped food, pet accidents and mud. So I was excited to try out this 2-in-1 cordless vacuum that had both a wet spot-clean function and dry suction. Taking it right out of the box, it was easy to figure out how to charge it to start using it. The instructions were clear on how each attachment works with the vacuum. I loved how lightweight and portable it was, being able to use it one-handed on both horizontal (rug, hardwood floor) and vertical (sofa) surfaces for daily small clean-ups. I especially enjoyed the wet attachment with the scrubbing brush, as I was able to scrub and wet spot-clean the some dog pee and dirt left by the dog's paws (winter and mud, a common problem) on our low-pile carpet. You can't even see the stains on our white rug after it dried! The Pet Pro Oxy Stain cleaning solution included is very effective, removing the smell of dog pee from our rug, and the suction was fairly powerful for such a small tool. The only small issue I have is that the attachment is rather wide, so you would need two hands (if you have small hands like myself) to press the button to unattach the attachments - which is not a big deal, considering the overall ease of changing and using different attachments. The battery life is on the short side, allowing me to clean 2 small stains before needing to recharge. The charging time is relatively long (2 hours) for 10-15mins of run-time. It would be great to have a portable battery attachment add-on, for cleaning larger spills/areas without having to recharge it. Overall, it's been great having this tool in our house, and I no longer dread having to spot clean messes left by the baby flinging food at the floor or the dog trekking his mud into the house! I really love the idea of having a handheld vacuum and carpet cleaner all in one, but this machine is just not powerful enough for what I need. Switching from the vacuum to the carpet cleaner is very simple and easy to do. It's very nice to be able to vacuum up a mess and then clean it with the wet cleaner if you need to. The suction of the vacuum is just not very strong though. It will suck up smaller crumbs, but struggled with cereal that had spilled. The carpet cleaner was also mediocre. I would like to see a motorized spinning brush rather than the stationary brush that relied on me to scrub it back and forth. I had to work a long time on the spots I was cleaning to get them out. I would rather buy and store two separate machines that did a better job than this single one that just did ok.

The cordless aspect was so helpful since I have child locks on all of my outlets. With three kids and three furry pets, I got a lot of chances to use this thing on spots and even old stains. It cleaned everything I tried it on right up! The vacuum part is handy, although it's not as strong of a suction as I would hope for in some cases. However, the added attachments for pet hair and the crevice tools worked great on things like my couch and my car interior. The biggest selling points to me are the cordless aspect and how darn easy it is the clean when using it for it's wet spot cleaning feature. You can rinse it out and actually get it all the way clean. No cords to harbor nasty things. I am so thankful to Stellar Product Testing Panel for giving me the chance to try this tool out. It's going to become a staple for cleaning after all my little messy monsters!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wintertime with the snow and cold is always a struggle with pets - wet paws and mud, plus a small dog who runs out and back in to just go to the bathroom on a rug. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was able to try Bissel's newest product, the Pet Stain Eraser Duo, which helped with quite a few of the clean ups. Pet Stain is in the name, but it is also helpful for children's stains! The best feature of this product is that it is 2-in-1. You can use this cordless product to vacuum or wet clean, and you can switch between the two features with ease. A bonus - everything is easy to clean as well! The Pet Stain Eraser Duo is best for spot cleaning, as the only downside for me is that the suction power was not too strong, and even after making several passes over a spot, it would remain damp. The dirty water showed that it was cleaning though! I used it on my couch, and it took some time, but I felt like my couch was the cleanest it has been since we bought it. The smaller spots were much faster to clean and dry, and because of this, I do love this new product.

The Bissel Pet Stain Eraser Duo has been my go-to lately because of how easy to use and simple to maintain it is. After my initial unboxing I followed all the directions and felt it worked exactly as expected. I love that it is cordless and charges super quickly. It is lightweight and so unbelievably easy to use especially for the daily messes that come with my toddler and pitbull! I thought the vacuum function worked well for small messes and the wet function was excellent at handling tough stains. I tackled this set in Oreo stain in my rug from my two year old I have been avoiding and it was no match for the combo of the Pet Stain Eraser Duo + the Pet Pro Oxy stain solution! My favorite feature of this machine is how simple it is to clean after use. The parts all come apart so seamlessly and you are able to clean out every section so there's no nooks that are difficult to get to. The scrub brush easily slides out and the vacuum part pops right out for easy clean up! The sleek design makes it very simple to use and understand. I have yet to take it into the car and tackle some stains but that's next on my list.. I am really excited to try it out there and just know it will preform well! With the recent arrival of two new kittens in my family, the timing could not have been better! The 2-in-1 dry vacuum and portable carpet cleaner have been a huge help in tackling all of the daily spills and stains. The dry vacuum is so convenient for quickly cleaning small spills like cat food and litter, but the carpet cleaner is the very best part of this duo. I was amazed at how quickly, easily, and completely it removed both new and old, set-in stains. Not only was this portable carpet cleaner convenient and effective, it was also very easy to assemble and disassemble. Cleaning the carpet cleaner for the next use was also fast and simple. The only complaint I have about this carpet cleaner is the short battery life. Even after a full charge, the battery never lasted long enough to clean more than 2 small stains before it needed to be charged again. Overall, the Pet Stain Eraser Duo is a must-have for any home with pets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having two small children and a dog comes with its fair share of accidents and spills so I was very eager to try the new Pet Stain Eraser Duo as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was pleasantly surprised at how compact it is and it truly works! Upon arrival, I immediately took the machine to my sons room where he had some stains from a paint spill and another unidentified spot. The instructions were very easy to follow. I vacuumed then sprayed the stains with the provided cleaner— the sprayer does a great job of getting the cleaner exactly where you are aiming it. I began to scrub and the stains began to lift with ease (the paint took numerous applications and more elbow grease as it was quite concentrated). Once the spots were scrubbed away, sucking up the excess cleaner was very easy and it has stronger suction than I anticipated. Clean up was a breeze, and quite honestly, my favorite part of the Pet Stain Eraser Duo. I have never used a spot or carpet cleaner that was so quick and easy to thoroughly clean. My second favorite thing about it beyond the effective spot cleaning and fast cleaning of the machine, is that it can be used around the house or even the car as a hand vacuum. I've been so pleased with having this to use as needed throughout our home. The versatility and effectiveness cannot be matched!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is pretty neat. It is a versitile little gadget for cleaning small spots, hard to reach areas, or carpet stains. The addition of the carpet cleaner is pretty cool. I don't need to rely on owning a large secondary product to clean small stains. Setup is incredibly easy when you follow the instructions. It's pretty intuitive even without reading the directions. You can quickly switch between the vacuum and the carpet cleaner, which was helpful since the carpet cleaner tended to get dog hair out of the carpet and not be able to pick it up. You can clean everything fairly easily. The scrub brush comes out easily so it can be cleared out. Very helpful if you have pets. There are definitely more parts to clean, since this is a 2 in 1, but that's the trade off you make. It definitely isn't the most powerful vacuum out there, so don't expect the power of a full size vacuum. But it does get the job done well. We used this for cleaning up messes from our pet mostly. Again, great for small jobs, but lacks for larger ones. That's to be expected for something this size. The one omission is the lack of a wall mount or stand. Between the carpet cleaner and the attachments, there's not really a great way to store this things. If they made a storage caddy that would be a huge help. Also, they should really switch to USB C. No one likes having another proprietary charging cable laying around. Overall, I would recoomend this vacuum as a suppliment for a large full size vacuum, or even someone witout carpets who mainly mops or swiffers. This would also make a great car companion. Overall, I wanted to enjoy this product a bit more than I did. Out of the box, it is lightweight, and the position of the on/off switch is placed perfectly for use. This small unit is adequate at picking up light messes around the house and the container is easy to empty. Unfortunately, my unit did not come with instructions and i was unable to determine how to use the carpet/upholstery cleaner portion or how to fill that portion with cleaning solution. This that would have taken this unit from good to great would be: 1. A charging station/wall mount. I didn't have any great place to store this unit and since it needed to be charged and plugged in to use, not having a charging station made it difficult to just store this in a closet somewhere until it was needed to be used. 2. Improved suction power. While this unit was good at picking up small crumbs, I have a pet and two small toddler so pet hair and fine toddler messes were a bit difficult to fully pick up with one or two sweeps with this item. Since it is hand held, bending down for multiple passes with a vacuum was not comfortable and thus this won't replace my stick vacuum.

As a busy houses with two under 4 and a dog, we thought the convenience and efficiency this product promised sounded amazing! Overall we were not disappointed! The Pet Stain Eraser Duo is a handy and efficient hand vacuum. It performed awesomely when challenged with dry, crumbly, sandy messes. The batter life is excellent. I would like to have seen a more effective removal of pet fur from cloth/carpet surfaces. It was decent, but I found that the amount of fur we needed to remove often overwhelmed the microfiber fur removal strips on the vacuum head which meant I needed to pause to clean it off the strips while vacuuming - not the worst, but I wished it was a bit more robust in this area. Where the Pet Stain Eraser Duo shined was in the rapid removal of stains and spots. It was super simple to switch between vacuum and spot removal modes thanks to the swappable components! This little machine performed like a champ on the removal of immediate messes caused by kids and animals on low pile carpets as well as a few "set in" stains. While I loved that you could store cleaner right in unit and there was no need to premix (!!), the suction could use to be just a bit higher as it did leave the carpet a bit wet. Clean, but wet. It was quick and easy to pick up the vacuum and clean up a mess from my kids. I used it to pick up playdoh pieces, a torn up pet toy, I also used it to just clean up small spaces, corners, etc. The carpet cleaner part was just okay. I felt like the carpet cleaner really didn't get the carpet dry. I sprayed the cleaner on the spot that needed to be cleaned, then ran the carpet cleaner attachment. It left the carpet feeling really damp. I was hoping it would extract some of the dampness as it vacuumed. The instructions to use the 2-in-1 vacuum and carpet cleaner were easy to understand and the installation was quick and easy. The scrub brush was easy to install, use and clean. Overall, the size and portability of this vacuum was the best as it was easy to carry around to different rooms in my house. I wish the carpet cleaner part worked a little better but I would use it again. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but the opinions are my own.

It was excellent for dog pee, and dog bile (which are usually really hard / almost impossible to remove). It was really useful for my carpeted stairs too. The instructions were clear and easy to understand, and the scrub brush was very easy to clean. My favorite feature was how quiet it was, I removed one star as it is hard to empty the dry part without getting some dust blown around. My favorite feature of the cordless 2-in-1 cleaner was that it was one device that I could easily switch between dry and wet messes. I also really liked the cordless feature that allowed me to move it around to different areas that needed cleaning, even my car. I have a larger carpet cleaner but I rarely use it because it's so bulky and a pain to drag out and get set up. This little stain removing vacuum is the complete opposite. It has a dry and wet component so you can clean up all kinds of messes very easily. I have a one year old and two dogs at my house and mostly carpeted surfaces so needless to say we are in frequent need of a mess remover and this vacuum is perfect for the job. I used it for pet stains, including some that had been sitting for over 6 months and was shocked to see that the stains came out! Additionally I used this on wood floors and carpet for smaller more recent mess cleanup like my son throwing his food across the room etc. This vacuum makes it so easy to clean up and switching between wet and dry is a breeze. Even cleaning the machine is easy and self explanatory. It's one of the most simple cleaning tools I've used to date. Overall I highly recommend this product if you have pets or little kids. It's so small that it barely takes up any room yet still manages to pack a punch when it comes to stain removal. I will certainly be purchasing more of these as gifts for new parents!
