Works great and we love it. Our only complaint is that once the fill tank is filled with dirty water, when you rinse it out some dirt water stays in the cup looking part inside the fill tank.

Buyer beware - got this item as a gift for my daughter online. She didn’t open the box right away as she didn’t have a need to use it. Opened it today to find the item was USED and very dirty/gross on the inside! It’s past the return window so we have no recourse. Make sure if you buy one, to check it out first to make sure it’s new & clean!

It works great, but trying to purchase the branded cleaning solutions is a bit of a mission. They aren’t available in stores as other brands are. I had to order the oxy spray and cleaning solution not from target because they aren’t available. I had to buy the oxy spray from the Dirt Devil website in bulk because it isn’t sold separately-AAND they are lost in the mail. I had to search up the normal solution for the machine on Amazon. It just feels lost in translation.

Im not one to choose purchases based on reviews, and rarely leave a review. Sadly, I, like many others, received one that leaked from the base. Thought it might have been user error, but concluded that was not the case after my husband and father confirmed that everything was seated in place correctly.

It worked but it left big puddles underneath the device. I can't find any fixes online and I don't want to take apart the bottom and make the issue worse. I'm really disappointed :(

Don’t waste your time or money! We got this spot cleaner for our upholstered chairs. Unfortunately, we got one that leaked from the bottom. The cleaning solution got all over our hardwood floors. Thankfully our store returned it for a full refund.

The water tank leaked during the first use all of the dirty water. I looked up instructions on the water tank and there are none. They do not tell you what to do with the tank besides how to clean it.

It did a great job of cleaning my worst high-traffic spot, and the suction was good once I got the hang of it! Two drawbacks are small canister size for cleaning solution and the cleaning head could stand to be a little wider to make for faster cleaning. I’d recommend it as a budget-friendly, solid spot cleaner for sure.
