A: You can use any brand of a carpet shampoo that you would like they only recommend you to use their brand because they can make more money off of it. They don’t want to lose their money.

A: Check the car seat manual. Some do not recommend using any products other than water/sunlight. (Flammable purposes also)

A: It's best to vacuum or remove all debris prior to deep cleaning. This model isn't designed for pet hair cleanup, it's designed to remove spots and stains from carpet and upholstery. Hope this helps!

Its not the greatest. I tried this out for my puppy who was potty training. The stain would still be there or at least the ring of where accidents would happen. I got another one as a gift from another brand. It worked much better then this one.

Almost a perfect product except for the air output is on the bottom so you cannot set the thing down on carpet while you are cleaning the carpet. You have to hold it up in the air so the exhaust doesn't get blocked and overheat the motor. Other than that this product works exceptionally well I had stubborn stains that came out very easily. Highly recommend this product for sure
