Q: What is the guarantee policy on water leakage and a sticky spray trigger? I have one with those problems and Hoover support is autonomous and doesn't have an answer to my question.

Used it once on a simple small spot, worked great. Went to use it again and it will not spray out the water/soap solution. There is no clog, no disconnect, so the issue seems to be with the pump mechanism. Pretty disappointed and upset that my money was wasted.

I highly don’t recommend this carpet cleaner. Its suction is not great and it doesn’t pull up half the liquid it squirts out. The suction is okay at best, and it leaks out a little bit.

It would be my favorite upholstery cleaner if it lasted! The hose cracked and it now leaks from the bottom… it’s not even 8 months old….

I used this once about one year ago. I got it out today to use and it will not spray water. Both my husband and I tried various recommended troubleshoots with no success. Extremely disappointed as this was $130 for one use. Fortunately, we are creative and are using a spray bottle, as the suction part still works. I still would not recommend, though.

I like that it's easy to carry, has a long cord, and the tank is easy to empty. I disliked that after nine months and possibly five uses, the suction stopped. It's too loud. I wish I hadn't purchased this.

Pretty horrible product. Please listen to all the reviews stating that it leaks. Have only used it twice and noticed that the unit is leaking a lot from the bottom. Would not recommend

Having a cat with sever incontinence while renting an apartment with mostly carpet is not for the weak. This thing has saved our security deposit and our sanity. 10/10 buy this if you have messy cats.

This is honestly a piece of garbage. I used it once and the suction stopped working while using it. I googled it and it seems this is a common problem people have. This belongs in the trash.

I bought this machine to have something small and portable to clean up pet messes. It worked great at first, the suction is amazing. But after a few weeks, the trigger switch for the solution to come out sticks in. So now when I use it, I have to mess with it to release the trigger. Then, yesterday when I used it, there was no suction and I noticed the hose had a split in it. So after a little over a month and a half I cannot use machine. The design and materials used on this is horrible. Would not buy this again.

It cleans as it should. But the dirty tank does not hold the same amount t of liquid as the clean tank. So before you use up all of the clean liquid, you have to stop and empty it. Very annoying. And, the top of the dirty tank is not easy to remove. U

Using duct tape in a janky manner to keep it alive but pretty disappointed I can find a replacement for nearly everything else except for the most touched component.

Used 4 times and it is broken and leaking all over. There is no suction and the cleaning solution water is spraying all over out of the bottom when I try to use it.

I like the way it performs. I use at least2-3x/wk, but every machine has a hose that eventually splits open. Can't replace hose because of way it is constructed ((part of main unit; not detachable). I think house becomes brittle after a few months.
