Q: What are the dimensions ofd the INTERIOR of this micro?

A: I just purchased this microwave and contrary to what the Black & Decker Team has answered a year ago the internal dimensions are exactly as Greenmachine indicated: 12"x12"x8". The turntable is 10 1/2" in diameter. The turntable of my previous microwave which was about the same external size as this one was 12". I will probably be returning this.
submitted byJS - 4 years agoA: I just bought this today and will be returning because internal capacity is not as big as advertised. Advertised as 0.9 cu-ft, but dimensions are 12"x12"x8" (WxLxH) which is only 0.667 cu-ft. Box clearly states 0.9 cu-ft. Big no-no Black+Decker

If you press and hold the unlock button for two seconds, the screen will then display the feature "Loc". I purchased this in August and now it’s March and I have a nonworking microwave. It started sparking and making a really weird noise. Up until this point I really liked it but think they should last longer than less than a year. Can’t return because it was exchanged once at the beginning for another issue and it doesn’t show that we ever got another one. It just showed that we were refunded

This is a great price for when you're in a pinch! We recently had to get a new microwave bc our over the stove broke. My only complaint is that the inside is super small and you have to unlock to open the door all the time.

I purchased this item 27 months ago using a different account. Today, it just completely died. There is no power at all, and the top is still warm after about an hour. If figures it would day 3 months after the extended warrantee period. Outside of this, it has served me well, and I am looking at buying another one to replace it.

I received it dented and tried to return it in person. I'm not sure if it's because I originally was going to ship it to return it before being offered help from a friend to return it in the store itself, but the concierge service assured me all I had to do was hand it over... Only to find that they did not, in fact, complete the return on their end. So, the item was returned, but I do not get a replacement nor a refund. I will not be ordering an item like this from Target again.
